Over the years we have bought several pieces from Bromberg's, but this experience was much better than we experienced before. I want to highlight the outstanding customer service by Paige, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my visit was memorable.She greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Usually we feel out of place in jewelry stores, but Paige immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. What struck me most was her genuine interest in helping us find the perfect piece of jewelry rather than simply making a sale. “Galatea was absolutely helpful and wonderful to work with. She helped resize and polish my wedding band and ring. They look absolutely fabulous! They look good as new. She also walked me through the process of helping me decide what I wanted in a wedding anniversary band. She met me at our house which made it super convenient.
