“Took my wife's vehicle to this shop & they got us in last minute and were quick to diagnose & perform the repair. Her vehicle unfortunately required some dealership-specific work done and they wrote a detailed report to give to the dealership regarding the issue. Dean went above & beyond and offered to refund/warranty one of the (newly replaced) parts after it was again in need of repair once we drove the car to the dealer.
