“First of all before I talk about my experience I first wanted to start of by saying that Chris did an amazing job helping me claim my insurance claim for my stolen phone/lost phone he was able to dis activate my line on the stolen phone and was able to get an old phone of mine and was able to convert it into a working phone with service while my new phone came in. Chris even predicted exactly when my phone would be arriving to my house and has helped me in the past to upgrade my phone as well. Overall I’ve been very satisfied with the service from T-Mobile and the customer service in this specific location”
