“This is the cleanest ,most organized and well-maintained facility that I have been a member of in my over 50 years of exercise experience. The members are courteous and respectful. The ownership obviously takes pride in their service to the community and this is certainly something that cannot be said of many facilities in the area. You have every component of your workout represented in this club. The 24/7 access means that you can have a safe workout at any time ,on your schedule. Please check out this facility.”

“After about February 1st, when all the hokey “New Years Resolution” goers give up… it’s really a great spot. It’s quieter/less crowded. Staff is friendly. I like this place for cardio, stretching and just having quiet/workout time :)”
“Hands down the BEST cheer gym in the valley!!! There are a couple of other gyms much closer to me (I'm in North Phoenix/Scottsdale), and I make the drive to Arizona Element in Peoria. The coaches and staff are all wonderful. They are kind and have highly credible cheer experience. The parents and kids are awesome, too. I haven't witnessed any drama. Everyone has been loving and supportive towards us. My 7 year old daughter loves going to their tumbling classes, and I don't mind paying since they are VERY affordable! We are beyond grateful and blessed to have this gym in the valley. Highly recommend!!!”
“Ive been a member here for about 2 years. Ive previously had a membership at EOS and LifeTime. SmartGym is small but does not feel cluttered or full during peak hours. The members are very respectful and typically clean up after themselves. The owner and employees are also very aware and interactive with the members. The restrooms are well-kept, and i havent come across anyone slamming their weights in the freeweight section. I love that its a 24 hour gym. I sometimes come in late at night and theres only one or two more people.”
“Emily and team in the kids club do an amazing job. She clearly pays attention and hires quality staff so you feel super comfortable when you drop off your kids during a workout. I’ve been to multiple Mountainsides and can say with confidence I always prefer this location when I have my kids with me just for the childcare staff alone.”

“True Results has the best program and awesome trainers. I was terribly out of shape with multiple pain issues when we started going a little more than 3 months ago. I kept hurting myself whenever I would try to work out. We could barely do many of the exercises on "the board", but they worked us through easier exercises to build us up to where we now are doing all of the "board" exercises. They change up the "board" weekly, so we are always learning new exercises. Most importantly, we are doing the exercises correctly. Much of what we were doing on our own was simply not good for us, that's why we kept injuring ourselves.Matt is our main guy, but Brooke, Katie, Gino, Brian and Zach are all great people who will motivate you to get in shape!GO TR TRAINING!THANK YOU.”
