“Mission RV really helped us out. My husband and I were in our RV on the way to New mexico to visit family when we got stuck in limp mode halfway there, in phoenix. We couldn't drive more than 20 miles an hour. We searched for hours to find someone to help us. No one was available (it was a holiday weekend). Last minute, called Mission RV, they had a spot available at an affordable price. We left it there for 2 months. The lot was clean, well organized, and gated. We can't thank you enough, mission RV, for having such great, friendly staff you truly were our silver lining. Forever grateful”
“We have rented storage space here for some time now. Very professional, accommodating and helpful every time. Today I called and the lady by the name of Cameila that answered the phone was extremely clear, reassuring and understanding of my concern. She did everything right away to secure the unit and search for a misplaced key to the unit. Until we find the missing key she has put one of their own locks on there too in order to additionally secure it. It was like she could read my mind right away and put to rest any apprehensions I may have. Couldn't ask for more clarity and someone who is obviously just simply wired right. In this day and age that right there is a rarity. I award her the 5 stars and the Sun and the Moon too just based on a brief phone conversation. That I don't always feel free to do unless they go the extra mile for me, and she did just that effortlessly. Cheers!”
“Ted was super friendly over the phone when I first inquired about a unit. He invited me down to see what best suited my needs me was equally as friendly and very personable. Ted walked me through every step and made sure that my unit was cleaned out and in a well-lit area should I ever be at my unit at night. It was a fantastic experience.”
“First impressions: professional, friendly, accommodating and informative. Had 26 ft travel trailer stored at a different storage location and services were being pulled back but rates increased. Arrowhead RV was recommended by a family friend who stored their travel trailer there for a long time. Facility is clean, organized, spacious. Everything is paved, has a wash bay with actual functioning equipment, a full (not just a dry) waste dump station and functioning fresh water and air equipment. So far so good, just signed up but these were my first impressions. P.S. yes they make you fill out proper paperwork, send in copy of DL, registration and insurance paperwork, but that is what I would expect from a professional facility that stores my 50K travel trailer! P.P.S. The best part? 24/7 access with your keycard and code, not like others, where you can only go daytime (and that at 117 degrees in the summer!!!)”
“We have stored our RV here a couple of times and will continue to always choose HoneyBee! They are transparent with their pricing and don't spring additional charges on you right after you sign up. The gate is always locked and you must have a code to get in!We have stored at other "gated" storage lots but they were a joke since the doors were open during business hours anyway. It is a safe place and it even has a dump onsite for you! Highly recommended !!”

“I am active duty military and recently moved to the valley. Before I could find a house I was tasked to deploy and needed a place to store my property. The location was ideal, the units were clean and easily accessible and they were offering a heck of a deal! Getting a unit was easy and the staff was friendly and professional. I was impressed with the security and never encountered any shady people/behavior. Bonus: Carts available near entrances if you do not have your own :)”
“I called several locations to get a small storage and this place was the best rate. We just moved from Chicago and just needed something small for the time being. We were greeted by a gentleman named Jon. What a breath of fresh air to deal with such a wonderful, friendly and helpful person. Jon was great to work with and talk to. He made the process very easy. The customer service given to us was out of this world. We will definitely keep using this location for future use. I truly hope we receive the same kind of customer service that Jon showed us, with other businesses in AZ!”
“Great place with helpful staff. Erica (mgr) was helpful and always there to assist staff to ensure we, as the customer, were well served. She gave us a hint and showed us how to use a particular lock on the back of the truck since it was tricky to get it to work. Check in and Check out was easy and very clear. Details were given so we knew what to expect. Cost ended up being less expensive than we planned! The young man that brought up the truck explained everything well and gave us very good suggestions about using the truck. Only feedback I would offer is that the person checking us in did not really have much knowledge about how the liability insurance worked. The staff should emphasize that your regular car insurance will NOT cover any damage to the truck or to others' property if there is an accident. I knew this from having been an auto claims adjuster in the past. Otherwise, very patient and professional staff and clean office and truck. We will recommend this location to others and use them again in the future.”

“Always had a good experience coming to this USPS station. Very fast service with no lines every time I've been there. Though the USPS service is inside a Storage Facility building, they seem to have all the shipping materials and services you would find at a regular USPS Office. Pickup time for the USPS driver is at 2:00pm, so get your packages before that time. Parking space is limited.”
