“We needed an assessment for a new noise of concern after some technical rock climbing requiring the winch with our RZR1000XP while in Wickenburg, AZ. Glen at Iron City Polaris was the only service manager that would do an evaluation today when we called this morning. His recommendation was reassuring and suggested the brand of replacement parts to install when we get back home to Iowa.”
“I was looking for a body shop to repair my vehicle from a recent accident. After visiting several shops in the area, and inquiring about their repair procedures, I was dismayed to find that they all used "After Market" parts to make the repairs. Being that my vehicle was a Ford Escape in excellent condition that I planned on keeping for many years, the thought of a repair using cheap parts was discouraging. Then I visited Sam's Auto Body in Deer Valley and spoke with the owner Mark. He advised me that they only use factory parts when possible due to the poor quality and fitment of many after market components. I knew I had found the shop I wanted... I appreciated the fact that Mark took the time to track down and order the genuine Ford parts, many of which had to be sourced from dealers around the country, and took a few weeks to be delivered. I was also impressed by the technician ( I think his name was Bill) who did the reconstructive work. (Nothing like having years of experience to provide quality work.) When I picked up the car after the repair, I couldn't believe my eyes! The car looked like it had just been driven out of the dealers showroom. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the paint matching was flawless. I don't think I could have found a better Body Shop than this. Hopefully, I will not need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, Sam's Auto Body will be my first stop! This is a true 5 star shop!”

“In February 2024, I needed work done on my car including replacement of my passenger side front door. The estimate that I received was detailed and understandable. The folks there also went over it with me. And they gave me options for less expensive fixes. Once the work was complete and I picked the car up, it looked spectacular. The repair was undetectable and the car sparkled as they had cleaned not just the outside but the inside as well. And the cost was a little less than the estimate. The service and work were superb. “Went here after a small accident for a 4Runner. Steve and his team do an incredible job, with no BS and straightforward explanation of what you need and how long it’ll take. This is the kind of shop you wish you found sooner, can’t recommend this place enough if you’re in need of some car repair. My only complaint is he is a Boston sports fan but you can live with that after you see the work.”

“This is the 2nd time we have had to take our Nissan in to repair it from accident damage. This time Hovik , estimator, production manager took care of us. We brought our car in one day to estimate the cost of repair. USA Collision ordered the part. We went in once the part was in the shop and they matched the paint. The third time we left the car for 1/2 day and when we picked it up, it looked "wow! Wonderful! They cleaned the inside and outside . Hovik even bought out the old part so I could see the difference . This place and Hovik is a 10+”
