I moved out May 30th with 30 day notice left that room cleaner than when I moved in, they won't return phone calls or emails, dont expect your deposit back, when doing monthly stay

Staying in a leased studio here. A little pricey for a studio but everything is in Prescott. Quiet, clean older but like new. Friendly staff.

This motel was the grossest I've ever stayed in. There was blood on the sheet. Dog hair everywhere and black mold in the shower I would have been more comfortable in my car. I hope this review helps you!!
