“I have done the drive to Vegas several times. This was the first time I stopped at the Shell station. We've all been at that convenience store in the little Junction in the middle of nowhere. Typically, not always clean and the staff not always very friendly. Absolutely not the case here. The store, the bathrooms, the parking lot were spotless. The staff at the register greeted me with a smile. Overall a great experience when I wasn't expecting very much.”

“I’ve had pleasant experiences at all locations of Ocean Blue! Today, Kendal offered to wash my floor mats as I finished vacuuming…which was awesome! Apparently, mat washing is a complimentary service, among many others, that not many members know about, according to Kendal. I think that if Ocean Blue has additional services they offer, then why don’t we see those advertised?Also, one thing I see as a recurring problem is the fact that those blue rags seem more like a myth to me…I’ve gone to Ocean Blue at different times of the day and different locations, never failing to see no blue rags. So..either they get more rags, or be more efficient on switching/cleaning them throughout the day??”
