I sent an email to Rhett (General Sales Manager he claims) that included the VIN #s of 2 trucks I was interested in. I spent a day working a deal over the phone that I eventually agreed to. I drove 2-1/2 hours from work to close the deal. When I arrived, Robert (Bob) was in a hurry and rushed me. I asked to look at the truck and it was a lower model, the wrong color, and a model priced $7500 below the model I requested. I walked away and drove another 1-1/2 hours home. Not even a call, text, or email accepting responsibility. Bait and switch is alive and well at Lamb Chevrolet.

Was considering making the switch from my MDX to the Escalade. After doing some research and seeing what was available locally, stopped by this afternoon to see their selection in-person. After asking a number of questions (not a lot of product knowledge here), I asked if I could look inside. "You'll need to apply for a loan through us first." What? I understand that these are not inexpensive vehicles, but I wasn't kicking tires. I was ready to purchase or order, if I felt comfortable in the vehicle. However, I'm not dinging up my credit just to find out if I'm really interested in-person. Between the lack of answers and snobby policies, I'll head elsewhere, thanks! Never had this issue with the multiple high-end Acuras I've purchased.

My car was not looked at the first 24 hours they had it. I was told it would take up to two days to diagnose the reason my key would not release from the ignition after shut off. They changed the shifter and failed to duplicate the stitching of the original, now my shifter does not match the stitching on the dash.

Very unprofessional I would recommend going to a different dealer.09/12/2023 I have reached out. Multiple times. You're the second dealer I've been to for multiple appointments to receive the run-around and then your service advisor and manager said there's nothing they can do and requested that I go to the dealer in Flagstaff. Your service manager crudely made it clear that we will no longer receive any help or support on the issues I've been having on my brand new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado Custom Trail Boss.

We wish we could have said it was a good experience. I wish that they had listened to us better. The sales experience with buying a brand new 2024 3/4 ton truck was uncomfortable according to my husband and his friend. I did not go due to health reasons and the bleak prospect of trying to buy a vehicle at a dealer. It's draining, both physically and emotionally. EVEN WHEN WE PAID ASKING PRICE, it took over 7 hours! Unfortunately when I went there to pick up our new truck with husband the salesman and sales manager were not very accommodating when I asked for just something more out of our deal. The sale was complete, I'm not stupid, and they did not have to give us anything but the truck. Yet the salesman was impatient with our learning about the vehicle phase which OnStar made into a long tutorial, which he insisted we complete in the first place. Then when the sales manager came out he only gave us one oil change valued at $50 he said. That's a cheap oil change! Anyway I left with something. A cheap plastic valve stem cap that I noticed was missing on one of the tires. I still haven't ridden in our brand new truck. It's a terrible memory and wished it never happened. They could have remedied this on the spot with decent mats, or credit for something or even lunch on them, but only said don't give a bad review! "That will cost us thousands!" I won't give names because I'm not vindictive. But good luck to you. Maybe your experience will be better.

Dropped my car there on a Monday to get a sensor changed in the shifter. (Which is the second time in 4 years I've had to change the sensor) My wife and I picked up the car on the following Saturday. The Interior of the car smelled so bad the car was undriveable. It smelled like something climbed in the car and died! This is my wife's car and it was odor free when we dropped it off. We took it back on Monday, the service manager was friendly and took the car in and said it would be a couple of days. Bear in mind the whole time I've had to rent a car. No call letting me know anything and it is Wednesday evening. How hard is it to pick up a phone and let the customer know? I will never buy a Chevrolet again, not because I don't like Chevy's, but because I would have to deal with Lamb Chevrolet for service. This is the second time I've had a problem with the service department.

If I could give a "no star" review, I would. In my opinion, based upon my experience with sales and sales management, I don't trust them at all. They have lost my business FOREVER. Shop at Lamb Chevrolet at your own folly and risk. You have been warned.

My service advisor, Jared O'Connor/4484*W* was great. He kept in touch with me as the work was being done and checked prices for me so I could decide how much to do. I came there because of DJ Daniels and he also kept in touch with me to see if he could be of service. The other staff asked me if I needed anything like water or a donut. Great experience.??

Dave in service took excellent care of me. I called him to tell him I had a flat tire and would he be able to get me in quickly. He said yes, come in and he did as he said.I was very pleased with my experience with Lamb Chevrolet Service.Thank You, Terri K.

Went in for oil change. They automatically add tire rotation with out asking. Then it took 3hrs. I get free tire rotation where I bought my tires. I just signed the paperwork and later notice rotation is there too. Estimate is $54 leave having to pay $69. Close to 30% more… I have bought 2 vehicles through Lamb…..

While waiting for my Husband's Tahoe to be fixed at Lamb Chevrolet, my Nissan dropped my phone connection. We took a chance if they could fit us in to reconnect it and they were so nice and efficient. Both cars came out working excellently

Dillon was very helpful to me. I asked him to tell me what upcoming service my Chev Colorado will be needing soon. He printed me a list with the items in order of importance. Now I can plan for upcoming service to keep my truck running efficiently.
