“I met Luis and his wife Angel at a recent K9 SAR event at Preskitt's Pawz n Clawz. Luis was so supportive of our team that I and a few other team members wanted to return the favor by doing business with Prescott Tire Pros. Normally I get my tires at another big name dealer, but I have been having a problem with ground clearance on calls off road. We discussed lifts and we agree it was not worth canceling out my extended warranty, so we talked about levelers and air bags. Now they could have pushed those on me, but they told me just try a higher profile off road tire. Well after that and hearing from other customers there, I decided to get 4 new off road tires for my SAR response vehicle. I got a reasonable price and a nice ride like they said it would be. They are now my go to Auto Folks.”

“Three. Stars because I had to come back. However, I want to say that Dion one of the service technicians went above and beyond for me. He spent over an hour of his time searching for misplaced tires and paperwork that was To no manager being on duty. I have to say he is excellent with customer service. He called his boss and took an initiative to find the paperwork and the correct tires for my car. He was patient understanding and helpful. I just wanted to say he is an excellent employee, and deserves to be recognized. He is a much friendlier and easy-going person, then the other team members I’ve dealt with today. He kept his school and made sure to keep me informed.”

“Highly recommended!JD and the team really came to our rescue with an urgent brake repair during our road trip. We were from out of town and really stuck: late Friday afternoon and needed to ensure our wheels were safe to take us to Mass on Sunday and down the mountain to Phoenix early Monday morning.They were booked tight, but found a way to get us in and Saturday afternoon all was restored to good working order, price was quite reasonable.Taking care of passers-thru like this says alot about who they are. If we were local this would be our "go-to" auto shop.These are good people! ?”
