“I was very pleased with The Twisted Dogwood and their staff. From the beginning, Augie was fantastic at helping us select our window coverings. He has a good eye for detail and his recommendations were perfect. We were also happy with the installers, they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. There was an issue with their vendor, which was rectified, the large window covering for the great room was damaged in shipping. Katie followed up and kept us informed as to its reorder and arrival. She also made it right with us for the inconveniences that we faced. We want to support local businesses and with the service and their great prices we received we will continue to do business locally if at all possible.”
