Went to El Dorado Walmart around 10:00am. No buggies available. Had to go back out to get one. Most associates I saw, were on their phones and avoiding customers. Others were "shopping " for folks that don't want to deal with coming in. They blocked aisles with the carts and saw several workers drop produce and fruits on floor! Tried to get fresh lunch meat sliced and the workers continued to turn their back and ignore me!!! No such thing of customer service any more.

Why are the selves empty? Why are the canned goods bent and dented but still marked at full price? Why are the employee's so unfriendly and unhelpful? Why are all the packages opened and clumsily stapled or taped back up? Why are all those metal shipping containers only at the El Dorado WalMart? (I am told that they have goods from other stores that have been returned or damaged or won't sell). Why can I drive 28 miles to Camden Ark and find a clean well stocked store? Why can I drive 33 miles to Magnolia and find a clean well stocked store? Why is El Dorado a "Dumping Ground" for your items that won't sell, or have been returned, or damaged? Sam is spinning in his grave. He might have been a hell of a business man but he raised some sorry children. I give this store a single star because there isn't anything lower. Don't even get me started on the Auto Service.

They have everything here! I love Walmart because they have everything. Even if you go to the store and they don't have something like a book you want they will most likely have it on their website. The self checkouts are good for people who don't want to wait in line and don't want any social interaction that day.

The El Dorado WalMart has the worse service employees of any WalMart you will shop. No eye contact. No acknowledgement. Nothing but disdain for the customers. I have shopped this WalMart for years and have seen a steady decline in service. One star is one star too many for this store.

I am so surprised at the decline in the appearance & attitudes of Walmart employees. When I first started shopping WM stores (many moons ago), the employees all dressed clean & neatly with some sort of tag, shirt, or vest identifying them as a WM employee. And, You would NEVER see an able bodied WM employee coming out of the handicapped stall in the restroom either. Well today I saw a MANAGER in a baggy old t-shirt & wrinkly jeans. Before that I (unfortunately handicapped) had to wait for a H-stall (can't get up without bars etc.) for approximately 5 minutes while leaning on my matching canes. When the H-stall door finally opened...out pops a energized WM employee named Angel. No sign of any disability. She says (while looking at me leaning on my canes & her grinning real big) "oh, you waiting on me". "Yeah, I was", I told her & made my way into the stall. Sadly to say, this wasn't the first time I'd been waiting & a WM employee popped out, but it was the longest I'd had to stand waiting. I've had to wait for electric buggies only to find children riding around in some of them. I know this in itself is a convenience supplied by Walmart, but it would be nice if the boundaries that not only Walmart, but society itself has set, could be maintained or at least attempted. I give this rating , but if being honest, mostly because of my history of being a die hard Walmart fan. Feeling

Having lived in Bentonville AR corporate headquarters for Walmart I can say this store does not live up to the corporate standard. It is dirty and the shelves don't look like they have been faced in weeks. There are always product holes on the shelves. It seems like no one from the home has ever visited the store.

I avoid going there as long as possible. They have so many pallets stacked up in the main aisles that if someone is stopped, you can't get through. When they run out of something, they are out for weeks at a time!!! Items are placed so high on the shelves, I have to get something else to knock it down and I'm not short either. Woman in the meat department is grumpy ALWAYS!!!no matter how much I try to talk friendly to her and tell her I appreciate her help, she NEVER responds or even looks me in the eye. She acts like I bothered her when I need an item that is missing from the empty spot in the cooler. Some are very very nice and helpful, but others sit in the floor when they are stocking the shelves with their boxes so scattered you can't get through and then they just stare at you like they want you to go away.

Horrible horrible customer service. Was in town for husbands Dr appt, wanted to browse for swimsuits, as I recently lost weight I wasn't sure which size, so I had 4 different bottoms along with a top, got over to dressing rooms and was told I could try on the top but not the bottom? I went to a manager and asked why I was told no, the manager had NO CLUE as to why I wasn't allowed. Made no sense. I can understand to an extent that it is a sanitary issue but isnt that what they make the liners for? And i always leave my underwear on! Will definitely not be going back.
