“Love this place!!! All the staff was so helpful, patient and very pleasant every time I come in, with a wealth of helpful information. They carry a great selection of healthy frozen and dried pet foods, treats, chews, vitamins and holistic aids. I had come in with a new puppy that had severe issues/reaction from a day after having a puppy vaccine. Took there advice and purchased some holistic products and within days to a week puppy was doing so much better and they introduced me to raw feeding, which has helped her tremendously. She is doing so much better, I can't thank them enough. I'm so very happy to have found this place in Abbotsford! This is now my regular go to place.”

“One of the best pet stores, the guys are very knowledgeable and informative. Definitely recommend them for pet needs, they cover fresh + saltwater fish, small animals(reptiles + rodents), birds and such they will be moving locations soon. But have had nothing but good experiences here,the new management knows more and manages this store very well. ??”
“I noticed my "Top Fin" 160g aquarium heater stopped working. Even though the lights were indicating power, my temp strip was showing a chilly 70 degrees F!!! So I spoke with the manager (Manny) and explained my situation. I paid well over $100.00 for the heater, so I took it back to the store. To my dismay they no longer sell that type, however She (Manny) was so accommodating and professional. She exchanged it for two (2) 80g heaters for my poor Oscars (Dewey & Louise) that are in a 150g tank. I could not be more pleased (and so are my beautiful Oscars) that I felt compelled to give her a Five Star review ...If I could I would give 10 Stars for her outstanding customer service and professionalism!!! THANK-YOU so much Manny, and Dewey and Louise thank you as well. I will go nowhere else for my pets needs.”
“We went here yesterday to buy aquarium substrate for our current project and received assistance from both the cashier (blonde with glasses) as well as whomever the gentleman was managing at the time(between noon and 2pm) both went above and beyond to meet our needs both the cashier for trying to figure it out as well as the manager who was able to make it so we could leave with what we needed . The star on top for us is the dog washing stations! After a beach day or hiking/trail walk, Bosley's is our first stop before we drive home. So thankful for the dog washing stations!”
