I did not realize the level of customization for different types of feet.Pratham was a true professional, in ever sense. He asked me all the right questions, was very knowledgeable, and gave me the full explanation to all my questions...there were many ? You can just tell when someone really knows there stuff top to bottom, and Pratham knows his stuff.Having arthritis, flat feet, pressure points, and low arches....I cannot express how amazing my new boots feel. What a great experiance from all the staff, Alden made sure to double check the fit and feel when I picked them up and I went with anti fatigue insoles at his recommendation.Very very happy.”
