“Quick fillups, loyalty club. If you r gonna spend time up here, I would think u would have done your shopping b4 and not being dependant on this store for all your camping needs. Of course they'll b pricey. But they're there for u for the things u maybe forgot. Which is a convenience not an out to gouge you benefit.”

“I come here multiple times a day and the staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. Anytime I’m here the place is clean and organized. I come here with my own personal vehicle for gas because of how awesome the staff are and I usually always have lots of laughs with the staff as we joke around and it makes my days so much better. I highly recommend this location they have the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across”

“We were out by Hope scoping out campsites for future visits and needed groceries for the fridge and decided the Superstore in Chilliwack surely wouldn't be as busy as most stores in Vancouver and we were right! The store was really empty and there was tons of parking in the parking lot. There was no queue even though it's the pandemic and everything was stocked. We got everything on our list and way too much more of what wasn't on the list LOL. My only complaint is the lack of communication/direction given at the checkout. There's stanchions indicating to queue up and since there was no one in the queue, we just proceeded to walk to a checkout counter and was then yelled at to go back to the beginning of the stanchion and wait for her to direct me to a counter. Immediately after we walked back, she yelled at us to go to a counter - it honestly felt like an unnecessary power trip walking back and then to the counter. Then she said something about no baskets on the conveyor belt, so we placed everything on the floor and then onto the belt. Then on the conveyor belt after things had been scanned, I started to bag and then the cashier said "no bags" and I confirmed no bags...but what she meant was no personal bags on the conveyor belt. I just felt like there was no communication. She could have said right at the beginning "no personal bags on the conveyor, thank you". Other than that it was a very easy peasy, non stressful shopping experience during the pandemic.”

“This Shell Gaston is great! I always pop in here when I'm passing through in Bridal Falls. There are lots of selections to choose from. They have selve Deisal Gas, Propain, food mart, restaurant, lottery, camping items, toys, small gift ideas, cards, coffee to go, beer and wine, and much more. Public washrooms are wheelchair accessible and baby change table is available in the washroom as well.ATM machine just inside by the public washrooms.Parking is limited depending on the time of year and time you arrive. Staff are always very friendly and helpful!”

“Attendants are helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. Can get busy during school day lunch hours (middle school and highschool down the road). Disposable clothes always available. Garbages never over flowing. I have used the car wash a few times, always wish car washes had a longer dry time. Easy enough to get in and out. Lots of people turn over the double yellow line on vedder, and can be an accident risk.”

“Love the elderly lady working here with red hair, dyed. She is kind and patient. She had a very long line up. This lady was the only cashier working. She was in training too. She a few people angry with her, it is not her fault. There was a first nations guy said #2 was not working and went to #3. Hoping no one takes advantage of her "in training" pin on her shirt.Then this young Caucasian boy took a picture of pump #2 and filled up his jerry can then went inside. I'm not sure if he complained about or paid for his gas. He disappeared as no one in the silver parked at pump #2. This lady working in training is quite nice, kind and shouldn't be working by herself handling a huge number of people on a Saturday night by herself. This lady did her job well. I hope she gets a raise when her probation period is over as right now she is training and working by herself on busy night. Saturday night.”
