I visited the store today to get a plan, the reps they lack sales skills don’t have common etiquettes to talk with somebody. I was looking for somebody and the sales rep was sitting at his desk and he saw us and ignored didn’t come out even I walked to him. It seemed like he is done with his job.

Tbooth location in Richmond Centre is awesome! We’ve been with this store for almost a decade and dealt with Ashlee who is incredibly excellent in customer service, very patient and professional in what she does. Likewise, Patrick Li, the store manager, is very accommodating and kind. Hats off to everyone in this store!

This comes late. A few months ago I lost my iphone . With find my phone i retrieved it. It was in a leather case so it was a while before I saw that the whole screen was cracked. It had been driven over. Everything still worked so I took it into TBooth for screen replacement. I saw Frank and he went above and beyond to repair it and keep me informed along the way. Because of the damage he had to send it to Apple. All of this took several days and Frank kept me well informed. Eventually it was determined that the damage was too extensive. So my phone had to be replaced. The cost was minimal. I found out about TBooth via the Apple support site. Previously when I had a cracked screen I took it elsewhere. The service was hardly the same. I will always take my Apple phones in need to TBooth/ Frank. Service is excellent. Frank is excellent. Thank you!

I had a great experience at TBooth @ Richmond when my apple watches stopped working. Frank was very helpful and professional. He arranged for my watches to be replaced under apple care plus and zero cost. I'm very happy with the service and the outcome. I highly recommend this shop and Frank to anyone who needs assistance with their apple products.

TBooth is a good shop.Last week I went to their shop to ask for battery replacement of my iPhone XR. They explained the whole process to me, then they ordered the battery and notified me for repair afterwards. And I just spend 3-4 hours for battery replacement. The staff, namely Frank, explained to me what they did and what I need to pay attention to. He explained very detail.Really recommend this shop to everyone.
