Once we needed a mirror and when they could not get the part, he custom painted one available to match with quick turn around. I agree with all reviews that his office staff is knowledgeable about insurance but has suggestions to share when working with companies too . Estimates are quick, often while you wait and they will call if they find anything beyond the quoted repair or scope of service, ordering parts, etc. I feel confident about using Summit and appreciate the excellent communication provided throughout the repair process.”

“I was looking for car detailing service, because my car started smell really bad around Christmas time. JJ responded to my inquiry first, and was very attentive listening to all my concerns. He took time to clean out my car and send pictures while cleaning and found a family of dead mice behind the air vent. He took out the dead bodies and clean out my whole car and also change the battery for me.I really appreciate his exceptional service, and his price is very reasonable.”

“Emmerich the owner is by far my favorite mechanic I've ever had. He's a top notch Lexus and Toyota maintenance and repair guy. He's been servicing our family vehicles for 10+ years. He also works with other cars like Infiniti and Mercedes and domestics. Can't top his service. 5 star always. Fair pricing and straightforward repair process. We used to go to A+ Japanese, but those guys are crooks. He's got a body shop as well so if your car has an issue or a dent. Call this place up and they'll treat you right. 10/10”
“I bought a 1973 Karmann Ghia in Sept. 2017, and spent $$$ restoring it for 2+ years. I took possession in April 2020, but at 77, I'm not smelling the "gas fumes" I did in my youth (say, when I was 50). I spent considerable $$$ trying to alleviate this problem to no avail. During the time I tried to solve this problem (June 2022), I met with Ken at Jansen Enterprise and was able to see a lot of their current work (BTW he's a premiere engine builder).Two months later while park in my garage, I started the engine and was loading up items when the engine died like it was out of gas. I knew this wasn't right, I put a full tank in her the day before. I got inside and turned the key. Nothing. I looked in the rear-view mirror and saw flames licking up through the deck lid vents. I released the hand-brake and shut the door and pushed her out of the garage, into the street. 7 minutes later the SFFD arrived and sprayed water on the engine (cracking the block, thank God).I called Ken and told him what happened and that I wanted him to build me a new engine. During this conversation they recommended Mo Lofty at Europa Motors SM (another 5 star shop) and I spoke with him next. Luckily, I had a great policy with Hagerty and Mo took care of everything, including doubling the amount of the original estimate by the Hagerty field agent, and coordinating everything with Jansen Enterprise. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship, final results and the new friends (Ken, Marie and Joe) I made. Recently the Ghia was entered in the Corte Madera Lions EV & Classic Car Show. I proudly displayed "Carmen" and her beautiful engine to many impressed attendees and proudly passed along the contact information for Mo and Ken (my heroes). Thanks gentlemen.”

“Requested smog check on my 99 Toyota Landcruiser and was scheduled the same day I called. Dropped off my vehicle, wrote-up the necessary paperwork and was told will take an hour to complete. So I decided to do my walking exercise to kill time. Was surprised that only about 30 minutes in to my walk, received a call that my vehicle is ready! So although I did not get a full hour workout, got my vehicle earlier than expected! Thanks for a great service.”

“Erick did an amazing job helping me. He found the exact tire I needed and could have it delivered same day to their shop. I brought in my car and they were able to fix the flat tire and repair it. Really nice and responsive. The work was done as promised within 2 hours. (They were super busy but squeezed me in). Really can't say enough good things. Much easier process than trying to go through Costco in an emergency.”

“Jeff is by far the best mechanic I have ever used.. The responsiveness and quality are unmatched. Everytime I had a question about anything he always answered his phone. He made me feel safe through the whole process of having to get my transmission replaced. I've been driving my car for about a week now and it feels and sounds better than the day I bought it..
