“I purchased their Ultralight 10" DSLR iPad prompter recently. The product itself was better than expected. Very solidly built. Easy setup, and worked like a champ. Needed it for a last minute shoot and was scrambling to get it in time. Their customer service was great in making sure everything was taken care of with shipping. I've used it with my Nikon DSLR, as well as with a Panny AF100. Worked perfectly with both.”
“Went there to repair my Bose subwoofer. Apparently its common for these models to short one of their diode. I did my homework researching about the issue and opening the speaker to access the board.The guy helping me out was quick to take my inputs and was able to rootcause in under 5 mins, and fix the diode in under 10 mins. Charged were reasonable.”
“I called just to see if my "vintage" CD and cassette player from Oct 2000 could be repaired. I provided the make and model of the player and described the problem: changing speed or getting stuck at certain parts of songs. The gentleman on the phone shared his expertise generously. He looked it up on the spot and let me know that parts are not available for this model, meaning that it cannot be repaired, which is good to know. He even offered a tip to try before I offer it to the electronic recyclers (blasting the CD drawer with compressed air). Just from this one phone interaction, I can tell he is a genuine and generous person. I'm happy to recommend him to others.”

“It was 7 Eleven Day a couple of days ago. We walked in and got our free slurpees. This is our second year doing this. Last year, we walked into a different 7 Eleven that ran out of slurpees. It was messy and dirty. This year, we came to the Winchester location instead. All of the slurpees were stocked. The counters were clean and not sticky. The two employees seemed happy and cheerful. They acknowledged us going into the store and going out. I'm not crazy about the parking lot though. Cars don't look as they try to speed through this tiny little lot. I certainly will come back again.”
