“Went into the Corona Del Mar location earlier in the day with a question. I left after calling 611 and talking to the service rep and then did more errands in the area. After lunch I noticed my wallet gone! After the panic turned to dread, started calling the stores where I had been. I called At&T CDM and Stephanie answered the phone courteously. When I told her about the lost wallet, she asked my name and description of the item and then said someone had left a wallet there earlier. She checked the name and said she had it! It was in the back room! I quickly went into the store and she handed me the wallet and was very kind about the whole incident. Just want to commend her for being an honest, friendly, and stellar representative of AT&T! Well done Stephanie! I'm glad I am a customer!”

“Fantastic experience with Sam. My wife ran over her iPhone and cracked the case. I called him first and Sam said it would take 15 min and the price was about $120 service included. He warned me the screen would be slightly different in color than the original, and offered a higher model for a higher price. It’s an older phone so I said no. I dropped off the phone and shopped for about 13 min and came back and he was already done. That was about 6 months ago and the screen is still working great. My wife did notice the slight difference in color (I couldn’t tell but I’m sure if it was my phone I would), but she has no complaints. I had a great experience and would definitely come back if I ever needed more iPhone help.”
“I don't typically write reviews but I had such a positive experience the Woodbury AT&T store here I am. It is all about Chris and the excellent service he provided. He did not have to go above and beyond and help me figure out what was wrong with my Apple password but he did a lot to get my issue resolved. I did but a new iPhone and contract - but honestly the service Chris provided made me feel like I did the right thing by continuing with AT&T even though I was tempted to take my 7 lines/contracts and go to Verizon so I could get the promotional iPad, apple watch and new phone with each line contract. On a separate note- AT&T that's a pretty serious incentive- you should properly recognize Chris because it wasnt just 1 new phone & contract he sold- he saved AT&T from losing 7 lines/contracts and future new phones.”

“A long over due review and especially after two months of torture with the other phone company. Ryan saved my life because I could not understand. He was patient and kind and eventually after trying 5 times I finally have a phone. Must wear a mask and it is a crusty corner and the actual shop is pretty plain. Nothing special but great deals with matching stellar service. No hidden agendas just a straight forward deal. ps. Many folks want to just come in to pay a bill. be aware they are not allowing the door unlock you will be waiting outside until you are ushered. “Thought I needed a new phone since it wasn't charging. Went to the Verizon store in Huntington Beach. Adrian the sales representative asked to exam the charger receptacle on phone. I said "OK, but I've tried it with multiple brand new charging blocks and cables without success". He plugged the phone into the charger located at the counter and the phone started charging ! I said "That's not possible!!!" Turns out that the low cost after market wall charge cables apparently do not exert the same about of pressure on the phone charger receptacle contacts as the higher end charging models sold in Verizon stores. Or the amount of gold on contacts is not enough to maintain a good circuit connection with a worn down phone receptacle ( The Samsung phone is over 6 years old. Hey, before you laugh, I'm 68 so give me a break LOL). The in store price for cable and wall charger block cost $39, which was expensive compared to the inexpensive 2 pack that cost $13 with free next day shipping on Amazon. Obviously there is a reason for the price difference: Manufacturing quality. Adrian could have easily not inserted counter charging cable all the way without me knowing and I would have no doubt bought a new phone. Adrianclearly demonstrated his honesty and integrity, which unfortunately is something you don't always experience from salespersons, especially if commissions or sales performance levels are involved. Even more so if the customer is a senior citizen. Adrian made my experience in a Verizon store, the best in over 20 years as a Verizon customer. Great job Adrian!”
“I had an amazing experience with this location from Christopher! He was very patient with me and my family throughout the several hours we were there for. He genuinely gives the best service he can with his customers and tries giving us the best deals available. My family and I we're originally from T mobile and he helped us throughout the process remaining patient especially with t mobile customers service line. He helped make the process way less stressful and I appreciate the customer service we given during our visit”

“Here we go ....let's start with Hugo an employee of Metro pch...but he's much much more. You see I was sick and tired of t mobile and their bullsh$%= I wanted a real flat rate unlimited plan, went to t mobile this one individual gave me what was a transfer ID number turns out that number was bs and more on that review of t-mobile later and his name later ...so I get to metro its Hugo and he informs me that the number is bs and basically does t mobiles job by calling t mobile at the same time I too called the store to talk to the guy who since had left which makes sense why work when you could give someone bs numbers when it's time to clock out..I tell them what the issue is they tell me you need to be here with ID for them to help I say I was just there ....more on that later . Hugo is I mean adamant in getting t mobile to get this transfer number and help me... t mobile has him on hold ...Hugo is a problem solver he thinks outside the box uses my sim card to put in his phone so as to get them to text it to me. BTW my phone the night before was accidently thrown in the washing machine and destroyed. We get someone finally who says they can text it to me only. ...hence his idea to try my sim card on his phone...back on hold again while they do that...we are 2 hours in my mom and aunt are exhausted so am I. ...Hugo gets the transfer number but that too is no longer coŕrect now we are on hold for 3 hours no joke. The store is closed Im exhausted Hugo is obviously getting calls from his family and here's where humanity and work ethics and a true asset employee and my hero come in..he logs into t mobile does some magic and gets that transfer num and tells me "Look because that guy didn't do his job if you walk out of here it's not going to work I don't want you to leave without a working phone we have one more step and that's to talk to my team and to insure you will have a working phone theres just one more step. " Well by then I sent my mom and aunt home told them I'll take an Uber. Somewhere close to the 3 half hour mark and maybe even 4th hour all this headache drama t mobiles incompetent laziness to do their job ...Hugo does..and for what? His true professionalism truthfulness and going above and beyond left me so impressed that I'm writing about it. I walked out of there with a working phone and some nice merchandise backed by a single man's dedication to help me as I need my phone its my income...If you're sick of T mobile and are around Huntington Beach go to see Hugo and yes I'm aware that t mobile bought out metro but that is only to cover more coverage area...as far as anything else the free phone flat rate no bs you're dealing with metro pch. Thanks Hugo I won't forget you thanks Metro.”
