“This place is Amazing! The food and drinks (wine) was fresh! They had truffle popcorn and charcuterie boards which is very Upscale if you know your foods! The price was awesome and very reasonable. The owner (Manuel Vasquez) and his staff was very hospitable. I will stop in everytime I am in California. I'm from Michigan and we need more Wine Bar's here. I absolutely loved the items mentioned above. My friend loved it also, even though he never heard of truffle and charcuterie. This Wine Bar also had great pizza's. Love this place!!!!”

“Awesome store, clean and well stocked. Went in today to buy some of the KitKats from over seas. Mai was checking me out at the register and I asked if they had any larger bags. Cause I bought two items at Micheal’s and they didn’t have any big bags. She helped me find one that fit perfectly. Also told me about signing up for the stores incentive program. Which was free and got me 15% off my snacks. Which was amazing. Saving my day on the bag situation and helping me get a coupon on my snacks. I will totally be back! Kind employees with awesome customer service.”

“I frequently visit Mountain View for business, and stay at the Hampton Inn next door. This is one of the first places I come to when I start my trips. Very convenient to pick up a bottle of wine, a few bottles of water and some snacks. The most common cashier that I encounter, who I assume is Sousa but have never asked his name, is always very friendly.”

“Artisan has long been my favorite wine store in the bay because of the amazing quality and variety of their selection. But what prompted me to write this review was the phenomenal customer service from David on my most recent trip. I had a goal to learn more about French wine growing regions and wanted to assemble a case within a target budget to help with that goal. Despite the store being busy with multiple tasting events, David enthusiastically leaped up to help with our activity. The thought he put into each recommendation, the explanations he gave of what and why, and how well he met the objective and budget exceeded any expectations I had going in. Just a fantastic experience - David and the team really know their wine and are passionate about helping customers.”

“Love the shop. But! Guys, you’d better set a self check out cashiers. It takes forever to check out. I’ve spent 12 min in line with 2 cashiers open and 1 person in front of me. Chatting, no envelopes, cranky terminals, other reasons. It should be more effective, really.”

“There is not enough room in this column, to express how amazing Tip Top Liquors #1 employee Kim is, and how good you feel when you leave. He is absolutely the best, of the best! Ladies and gentleman, if you owed your own business, Kim is the one that you should hire first and have him train everybody else, after him. That way, you can "clone" Kim and have the greatest set of employees. Listen to this: Every time, and I mean EVERY time, I go to Tip Top Liquors on Bascom Ave, near West San Carlos Street, he is always, yes ALWAYS, happy to see me. In fact, Kim is ALWAYS happy to see all of his customers. He knows almost, if not all, of his customers by their first names and what . I swear, I feel better everytime, leaving this store, and I haven't even drank any alcohol yet! It's because of him, Kim! There hours are easy to remember: Open 7 days a week, from 9am to 2am, 365 days a year. Please, go and see for yourself, how nice Kim is, you won't be disappointed, I guarantee it! They have a great selection of beverages, food and general merchandise. Their prices are comparable with other liquor stores, plus they are open until 2am!”

“I think they need to improve about their facility, for example, one of the men's toilets was out of order, so many of male customers had to wait very long time in a line.Food was good in general. But especially, our sever "David", he has been wonderful for the rapid and faithful service all over during our visit. We'll definitely find David again when we visit Chung-Dam again in the future!”
