The El Dorado Hills El Dorado Savings Bank treats disabled people differently in severe misalignment with the American Disability Act. I have not seen such a strong violation in 20+ years. We have been banking at EDH forever. The manager Ryan is in some serious need of training. He is denying disabled customers ATM cards only based on their disability. This EDH Bank company requires an overhaul of managers. Ryan thinks there is nothing wrong with denying disabled people their right to the bank. Then this gets reported to Jennifer, Ryan's manager, and she hides behind a desk, scared to address the customers and manage Ryan. Jennifer would be fined and fired in most banking institutions for treating disabled people poorly. Find another bank, and let this one close down for good. Hey EDSB, it's 2022, not 1922, FYI.

Love love love this bank! It's so nice to walk into a branch and the people at the branch level be able to do things without having to call corporate. Or if they do call corporate someone answers and you move the process along right then and there. Other banks leave you waiting weeks to change the POA or Trustee on an account even when you bring in all the required paperwork. They are a breath of fresh air! I especially love the El Dorado Hills branch! The entire team is amazing!

Use to like this bank. No one at the drive thru window. Had to go in and make a deposit. The Teller was rude and "schooled" about writing my own deposit slips. Pathetic customer service!
