“It's rare I give 5 stars to ANYTHING, but this shop will get my rare PERFECT rating. Treated like a human being: CHECK. Courteous service, eye contact, distancing? CHECK. For a guy like me used to barely disguised disparagement, microaggressions and macroaggressions, and even blatant defamation from those tasked with assisting me, NONE OF THAT HAPPENED on this recent visit. This has been an extraordinary experience. The young man INSISTED on taping up my torn up box. I have to admit, it was next-level and not what I was expecting. If I'm doing an Amazon return I could be out of there in under 30 seconds. These guys are fast. The lines moves swiftly. It's definitely my go to UPS”
