Despite all bad reviews here I had a great experience at this branch. Nicholas was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and took great care to address my banking needs.

Zero stars if I could! I have been a BofA customer for over 15 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been to several branches in the past and the visit to this location was disappointing. When we went inside the branch, there was no one to checkin or discuss what we needed to do. So we sat at the couches. Sukhbir is the only cashiers window at this branch. But she was chatting up and laughing with a person at the window who perhaps wasn't even a customer. There was another person waiting on the seats just as confused as we were. Then 2 more people came by. An employee came from inside and directly went to the people who came after us. When that person told them that myself and the other individual was there before them. She totally disregarded it as saying "someone will help them" I was like - do you even know what we are here for? & did you even ask us. Meanwhile Sukhbir was still chatting up with the person. Finally that person decided to leave. Meanwhile the person who was there before us got fed up and left too. So it was us who would be attended. But in a total power move Sukhbir and the other employee asked me to wait and attended to another customer saying they were here before me. The overall encounter was terrible and left a bad taste. I will be look at other BOfA branches around & if that doesn't work then sadly will need to change banks.

Bad customer service and ATM working is hit and miss.

Worst Bank of America ever. I don't know who made the decision to remove one of the two outdoor ATMs, but it is really a pain when the only one you have now is broken.

I don't know how it is with other branches, but this branch never answers their phone. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone there to answer any questions over the telephone. You need to make an appointment or walk in, but forget about trying to reach someone by phone.

To be clear, this is not a review of this branch but of BofA itself. It amazes me how clueless BofA is about their customer service. Automation isn't everything. You need to plan for when multiple tellers call in sick. Cross training is not a new concept. This poor overworked teller went on a much deserved break and 3 other "managers" were sitting there discussing other important things amongst themselves while 5 of us were waiting in line. One of them said, they don't have access to the teller's system. Whew! Where do I begin!

Very poor customer serviceI try to avoid coming into this branch because of the poor customer service.- Long lines (only 1 teller is operating, maximum of 2)- Poor training and knowledge. I asked the teller two questions and she was unhelpful and gave me the wrong information

For two days in a row I showed up at this branch and there were no tellers on duty. Today the manager sent me to the Cameron Park location, assuring me they would have tellers on duty. That location is ATM only, with video chat capabilities, but they are not operational yet. Terrible customer service!

When they are short-handed (always, in my experience) this bank tries to convince customers to go to other branches for customer service needs. You can't make this stuff up!

Customer service is being sacrificed as the branch is moving more toward being solely a sales office. I was informed that since all tellers called in sick, they can't do any cash transactions today. I had a simple transaction, however the manager told me "as a manager, I can't handle cash". I called the 800 number and the customer service rep told me there is no policy that prevents a manager from handling cash - the rep even went so far as to tell me he personally has done cash transactions with his local B of A manager. Aside from this discrepancy, they failed to manage their staff so that there is a teller on hand - not a daunting task in my opinion as we are almost 3 years into COVID disruptions. However, not surprisingly, if you would like one of their loan products then there is enough staff for that. In other words, they seem to have trouble staffing for customer service but not for selling products. They also reduced their hours to 4 PM closing.

We have been with BofA for close to 50 years... I had to deal with the Merrill Lynch (EDGE) side and will Never Never Never work with them again... You can not get a hold of anyone by phone, took just about an hour on 3 seperate occastions to get a hold of someone, just to get into an account that they had that was locked and wanted to send me a text to a house phone. they said they fixed it but i would beed to log out and clear my cash on the computer, i did it and no it was not fixed. called again, (1 more hour wait ) finally got in.. looked good till i tried to do something it would not let me ... had to call again it would not let me set up a call from them...same wait time, got it finally fixed... after all that i decided to move it to another investment company i deal with ... Merrill charged me 50 bucks to close the account that i could not do anything with... never will i deal with that side again and now i think my saving accounts will be transfered too.. i'm so done with them... I would not reccomend Merrill for anything... at least i can call my Fidelity and someone answers and if they are busy they will call me back the same day .. not wait time.. interesting how that works ... Merrill is a waste of time ...
