“Food is amazing, to go packaging and utensils perfect and service is always perfect. One complaint I have is that whenever I have a rewards coupon, the online site tells me I cannot use it and I cannot figure out where to write to someone to let them know. At the website it just says to let the store know where you ordered your food so probably next week I will print out my reward and take it in and ask them what is going on with my rewards?? for one year I have never been able to use my rewards coupon. That is just horrible!! So I need to follow up. Oh another weird thing is that when you login the site says you may do so with Facebook but every time I try it says that function does not work? Odd. I saw one negative review about portion but the portions are always healthy and usually can be used for two meals actually. Plus they give you a lovely slice of toasted bread with pasta, salad and soup which is yum.”

“This is one of my favorite Whole Foods in California. I've been a regular at this location for a very long time. Regular, as in thousands of times. The store has an excellent layout with wide uncluttered isles. Items are easy to find. There's a plethora of friendly employees. Nice huge selection of individual drinks next to the great cold/hot bar. Pizza makers keep a good variety of freshly baked pizza slices ready to grab and go. Love the self-checkout machines with Palm Pay technology. It's always a pleasure to shop here.”

“Amazing pharmacy. They saved my vacation today. I was stuck on a flight leg without my prescription and they got it ready crazy fast.The manager was so kind and helpful as well.”

“This Ralph's is one of the better ones in the area, and I am generally happy with them and their selection. Service was really good but my most recent experience was pretty disappointing. The store was a mess which is forgivable but the cashier was a manager covering the register and was just slow and didn't seem to know what he was doing and just seemed super annoyed to be on the register. He didn't bag anything and let it sit (pile up) til a courtesy clerk came over. He was trying to manage people despite a 2nd manager a few feet away that was already taking care of the task. Like honestly, if you are covering the register and you don't want to be there, atleast be efficient and not just take up people's time being grumpy and distracted.”
