“I love this Vons because of how responsive the management is, specifically, Greg. I shop here frequently and have had an unfortunate number of incidences where employees working in the deli wouldn't wear gloves when packing up food for me, despite management telling them to do so in the past. (Disgusting and unsanitary) So after bringing it to Greg's attention, he made sure the problem was fixed right away and I was given fresh food in a sanitary manner, right away. Besides the aforementioned issue, the store is always kept nice and clean, the employees are always very friendly, and every employee I've ever interacted with has always been extremely friendly. The store management is why I've given this place four stars instead of three.”

He always put great value on teamwork, which showed great leadership from top to bottom. I was sad to hear that he had retired. The store will never be the same without him.”

The employee stocking shelves (older gentleman with glasses - I forgot to get his name) who was stocking in the plumbing fixtures section was extremely helpful and very courteous. He went out of his way to help me, and was very friendly, and knew exactly where the item was that I was looking for. Despite it being on the other side of the store. I wish I got his name, but hopefully based off of the information I provided you're able to narrow it down and recognize him for going above and beyond.”
