“I went looking for a specific brand and color of soccer socks, and even the manufacturer did not carry what I needed. So I went to the Colosseum and the gentleman in the front greeted me when I came in the door, and he physically walked me over to the soccer sock and got me the brand and color that I needed so instead of me, wandering aimlessly in the store, I was able to check in and out in two minutes and I was pleasantly treated. I will be back for the customer service and the huge selection.”

“Wasn't sure about this place the reviews were kinda older n some not so gud I guess Jennifer the daughter took over and I was a little concerned. But people I know said that I would b in good hands if I took my business there and let me tell u staff etiquette was sincer and helpful.. I heard that since Jennifer took over the place is always busy ..even as a working mom with the next generation in tow this 3rd generation owner is Absolutely proving she belongs ... I was throughly impressed Needed 10 shirts made had no problem in completing my order I was able to Pic them up the next week. They were out of the hoodies I needed (size and color) I needed 5 3x red... had to put down a small down payment but I was able to Pic them up the next day ...and the baby... absolutely precious definitely will b back this one visit won my business ...”

“The best beach tire on the market. They are the only ones that don’t warp in high heat or a heavy load. They absolutely FLOAT over soft sand with a fully loaded cart. Theresa is amazing and let me know as soon as these were back in stock so I could get my order before my vacation. The sweetest lady I’ve ever talked to in customer service. Can’t say enough great things about these folks and their products!”

“Rating this store 4 stars for their great customer service. It would have been 5 but there was a return issue... For Christmas my husband both my some Nike sneakers. Unfortunately they were the wrong size. My husband misplaced the receipt and didn't give our telephone number when checking out so they couldn't track down our purchase in store. The associate, Tony, was handling the return said there was nothing he could do. They couldn't look up charges off of cards, like Walmart or Target does. All he offered to take back the shoes without the receipt for store credit for the lowest selling price of TWO DOLLARS What's ridiculous is that there's no way there's their lowest selling price for NEW NIKE SHOES. They don't even sell anything in that store for $2 My husband then asked to speak to manager (Kristian I think was his name) and he just reiterated what Tony had said. Needless to say my husband left the store with the shoes pretty upset. I happened to go into the store at a later date and thought to ask a sale floor associate if it was really true that they couldn't look up charges on a card which he confirmed. I briefly mentioned what had happened and he suggested we bring in our proof of purchase using our card statement and said they might be able to work with that. Doing just that, I returned a few days later. Steven was at the cash register. When I brought him up to speed on the situation, the first time he said was to "call customer service and they should be able to help look up our purchase and email the receipt." Once that was done he could process the return. He promptly gave me the number and guess what?! IT WORKED! It was a short call and the customer service attendant Jakaira immediately emailed me the receipt. Both Steven and the manager Vince helping process the return and it was resolved quickly! Steven and Vince are the reason why I am giving the store 4 stars. They were both so polite and helped return the shoes without an issue. Honestly if it wasn't for Tony and the other manager, I would have given the store 5 stars‍”
