“I am a regular at this store. I live close by. All of the staff have been very nice. I just came in Sunday night 2/25/24 to return a RC car I bought that didn't work. The manager, a Latino guy, and the cashier at the first register closest to the door (I don't kno their names) were very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the help and kindness! I will definitely return and encourage everyone to go save money at this amazing store”

“First time in here & overall it's tidier than dollar store or Ross. Most things are $5 or less. I was happy with cute plush pillow, $1 bday cards, cheap snacks, fidget toys & Valentine's Day stuff right now. There's some books, cosmetics, lots of candy & toys and art supplies. Overall some good stuff not quite 5 stars because there was one only poor woman handling like everything. Shout out to her for staying polite & helpful throughout.”

The fact that everything is authentically made in Japan adds to the allure. While some prices may be a tad higher, the majority are reasonable given the excellent quality.One area for improvement is the staffing – more employees would enhance the overall experience. Parking can be a bit challenging, but the store’s offerings make it worthwhile, especially for household items and decorations. The customer service was commendable, ensuring a positive visit. I’ll definitely be returning for more Japanese treasures!”
