“One of our favorite Costcos in the Bay Area. Got lots of stuff we love that you can't find in other locations. Lots of discounts too! And now that the other new Costco has opened in Newark, it's practically empty especially during the weekdays. So easy parking, quick in and out! “First visit to pharmacy after joining Kaiser. Place was crowded but staff was polite, efficient and helpful. Got the medicine in less than 15 minutes.One elderly lady was standing in a line with a walker. A staff member came out and assisted the lady with medicine. That was quite impressive!”

“This location is really not a FedEx store so much as it is really just a department of the Walgreens store under which it is located. It doesn't really have a dedicated FedEx staff as near as I can tell in the only issue with that is that the photo department store people at the Walgreens have to seem to double as FedEx shippers. It is convenient though so not to take too much away from them, just don't expect full FedEx service at this location.”

“They are always helpful attentive and friendly .They know my whole family and they treat us as if we were to them as well .Its the only place I go for Rx .If for any reason you didnt have a good experience you need to look at yourself because if you have a negative attitude you cant expect anyone to be nice to you . This Safeway is a bit wonky with service, but Bailey is consistent and likely one of the few reasons I continue patronizing this establishment. She is friendly, cordial and knowledgeable. Thank you Bailey for being an outstanding employee to all you encounter at this location.The rest of the staff needs a brush up on customer service skills for sure. Some cashiers don't even say hello, don't thank you--barely a nod. It's hit or miss which is why the 4 stars.However, produce/meat, etc. are consistently fresh, and the aisles are clean and well organized. Never an issue there, which is really the reason you come, right?”

“I've never had a problem using this Walgreens at all. The staff has been very polite and extremely helpful. We help operate as well as pharmacy. Which will notify me of when my order is ready for pick up by using text messaging. I've always liked Walgreens over CBS. However while waiting for pharmacy prescriptions I've also noticed that many customers are extremely rude to the pharmacy clerk's. The patient should consider that it is not the clerk's fault that the prescription is too expensive or that it cannot be refilled. The client or customer should check with their doctor to make sure their prescriptions are refillable. Also many people have cell phone And there are sites where you could get coupons for your medications such as good rx.com or single care.com. Instead of wasting time on playing stupid video games On their cell phone people should use their cellphones intelligently and discover coupons for almost anything on the Internet.”

“The Safeway in Fremont has been good to us we not only took a nap in the parking lot but we were able to grab a nice Sandwich inside as they make beautiful sandwiches with the Boar's Head Meats cut freshly for you you can't beat that. anyway everything else we wanted is there the fresh fruit was nice and as Travelers that were coming through not stocking a household just getting a few things for a snack and lunch we're very happy thank you very much Mr Safeway”

“In my past experiences at the pharmacy inside this Walgreens, it is typically VERY busy with long lines, out of stock prescriptions, and too few staff in customer service. But, it appears that the employees are always trying their best. Today, I called before going in and spoke to Tin. He was extremely professional and patiently explained the delay issue with my order. He saved me an unnecessary trip and waiting in a presumably long line. Thank you for your positive attitude and excellent service!”

“Highly recommend this store for pharmacy related inquiries, needs and or visits.Talked with employees and found out that they hired a new manager recently. The image reflected in previous string of 1 star reviews reviews is no longer the case.I called a prescription in yesterday and can say it went well. (I was shocked that someone actually picked up the phone and I wasn't put on hold until the end of time). The person that picked up was actually helpful when I inquired about what my insurance covered, brand vs generic. They made sure they had enough in stock before telling me that they would fill it. I was told the usual, it will be ready in 20-30min speach. I actually received an automated call from the store 20min after my call saying it was ready for pick up.In store at the time of my visit the line for the pharmacy was never more than 3-4 people long. I got in and out in about 10min plus or minus.To the individuals working here keep it up!”

“Man all these low star ratings looks like mainly for the pharmacy but definitely understand how frustrating things can get while you're waiting for a long period of time. Used to go to this location frequently due to work being close by. Always great workers and super friendly cashiers. My rating is strictly on the photo side. Needed a quick picture taken before my passport application and the lady who helped me was super quick and very informational. Wish I remembered her name. Speedy process and I got my passport photo within 5-8 mins. For the most part I recommend the photo place. All the workers seem to be working pretty hard. Pharmacy might need more help but other than that it's a good location.”
