“I am not a member of the Elks Lodge, but they allow my square dancing club to use their large facilities. On the other side of the curtain dinner is being served. Often when the chef has made too much dessert he brings the excess to our group and we have enjoyed some wonderful desserts.”

“We celebrated both our son's birthday here. Mod kids is a perfect indoor play area for kids 0-5yrs of age. Kuddrat (the owner) was very easy to work with. She went above and beyond to see to that our party was a success. The play area had just the right amount of toys and play structures. All the kids had a blast! We would definitely come back here to celebrate again!”

“The main reason I took a star off is because when I walked into the bathroom, there was a huge hairy spider in the bathtub waiting to greet me. Not a daddy long legs...the kind that you don't simply catch in a tissue and throw away. Being arachnaphobic, this was a nightmare for me. I took the trash can, filled it with water and poured it into the bathtub and put it down the drain. In all my years of staying at hotels of all kinds, this is the first time I've ever had a spider in my room. Now that's not to say it's completely the responsibility of housekeeping to do pest control but the last thing I wanted to see in my room was a spider. I spent the rest of the evening paranoid that there would be another one.Despite that, everything else was perfect. The room was amazingly spacious and while I've read reviews from others mentioning the sound of the freeway being a bad thing, I didn't notice it at all and my room was facing the freeway. For it being a weekend, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no noisy neighbors or loud TV/music. It was perfect for me to get a good night's rest. I wish I didn't have to be out the door so early the following morning, I would have loved to try their hot breakfast, which is one of the main reasons why I stay at Holiday Inn Express properties.I've read other negative reviews about the property, including there being some kind of issue with flies at the entrance (?) but I didn't experience any of what previous reviews have mentioned so that likely means they addressed those issues. Either way, I would stay here again (although I might bring a can of Raid next time, haha, we'll see!).”

“I had the pleasure of attending the Tri-Cities Marketing Meeting (Real Estate Industry) at the Fremont Downtown Event Center. The shift from the old location at El Patio to this venue was a fantastic move. The meeting was well-structured, informative, and provided great insights for those in the real estate field. The presenters for "Super Tour" were great. The free parking on the street and in the parking lot added to the convenience. The Event Center provided the perfect backdrop for connecting with fellow real estate professionals and getting valuable insights. If you're part of the Tri-Cities / Bay East real estate community, don't miss the opportunity to attend these meetings at the new location. Highly recommended!”

“This theater is really nice. It's always pretty clean, and the staff is helpful and professional. The recliners are nice as well. Very big and comfortable. I like how there's a lot of aisle space when walking to and from your seat. You don't have to do that weird ankle/foot movement. I come here pretty often since it's close to my job and I go shopping in the area. The movies are pretty expensive these days. I highly recommend getting the app to save money on concessions and tickets. I go to the movies 3-4 a month alone and with others. I save a few bucks on every trip, especially Tuesdays since the tickets are discounted.”

“Though there are reservations required to attend the tea session, I made mine the day of and it was worth it. The whole session is about an hour and a half and they provide a beautiful experience. They even have their own tea blend that was so good I bought a bag afterwards. In regard to pricing, it is warranted since there is an experience, unlimited tea, and delicious food. Understandably, there is a flat price for all attendees regardless of age since the experience is the same for all participants. There are three “courses” of snacks provided excluding the tea pots initially brought to the table. All the treats were so filling we had to get a box to go.This was overall an amazing experience! A pillar of the Niles community.”

“Beautiful decor. Setting and layout of building is ideal for any event you have planned. There are stairs and thin hallways, not a handicap friendly establishment for full access to backyard and restrooms.”

“Recently had my daughters wedding at Royal Palace. The event was very well organized. I received a lot of compliments for the venue, the decor and food. It was a pleasure dealing with Noble, who has been courteous and professional the past few months I had to communicate with him. The head server was also efficient and assisted me right away as soon as I asked her anything. It was a stressful day for me, but when I saw everything was being taken care of, my mind felt at ease. Thank you Royal Banquet Hall.”

“I've visited this sky zone for several parties, and while it's been alright, it's smaller compared to others. Unlike places with ziplines and giant foam pit slides, this one feels a bit on the smaller side. If you're after a bigger and more exciting experience, I'd suggest checking another location such as the Dublin Sky Zone. Plus, it tends to get pretty crowded here most of the time. I've also posted some pictures of the Dublin location.”

“Very nice hotel, great service and accommodations. Great place to stop during a business trip to Silicon Valley. Nice value for $$. Better ROI than staying downtown ?.”
