It was so bright from the sun it was hot and hard to pay as I was blinded with sun shining through. I can only imagine how hot these employees will get when summer really hits. I had a pair of jeans I loved but wasn’t sure what they were and she went and grabbed so many for me to try on and numerous sizes. “I had a wonderful experience today shopping for a good pair of jeans. I originally found this gem on Yelp so I felt it was only appropriate to leave a review myself regarding my experience. A young lady by the name of Bryce (not sure if I spelt that right) was very helpful and made sure I found a pair of jeans that worked for me. I left with a beautiful pair of Mother brand jeans. “Shalay I believe is her name, was my cashier and I had to return and exchange some shoes that didn’t fit my daughter. I was expecting to be in line for forever and wasn’t familiar with the Ross policies. I had my receipt and Shalay made the process a breeze and her customer service was on point! She was so friendly and was a speedy cashier with a long line. Her positive energy made my day after a long shift at work. I work at the Ulta across the street and this one of my favorite Ross’ in Fresno. So happy to leave a review for the staff here. The world needs more rays of sunshine like Shalay!”

“2/2/2024..I wanted to thank and acknowledge Store Supervisor Phillip and Associate Jada for their help on a purchase. Phillip allowed us to check if a piece of furniture would fit in our vehicle without having to make an unnecessary purchase. He went above and beyond as did Jada by allowing us to see if the piece would fit in our vehicle. This kind of service is what brings us back to Burlington time and time again. I am a police officer and my wife a nurse. Our philosophy is to leave the people we meet better than when we first met and Phillip and Jada did just that by taking an extra step. That is hard to find these days. Thank you for your work even if you may not think it was a big deal. It's the little things that make an experience better.”
