“GoodFellow Market is my local market. I’m here 24/7, anytime i need something on the spot, they have it. The workers are nothing but welcoming, loving and most importantly respectful. Everyone is truly on top of everything. It’s always a good atmosphere. Overall, 10/10 experience as always.”

“I've been coming to Mario's years! Great sandwiches hot and cold, Pizzas are outstanding, fresh made lasagna is to die for. I get my fresh made mozzarella & cannoli shells here and the market is outstanding for Italian food, pasta and all the Italian supplies and spices you'll need. Always get my olive oil from Mario's & if you're lucky, Mario will be out stocking the shelves where you could talk to him. He's retired but still works while his kids run it.”

“Man, If youre a Vegan, You might not wanna step foot in here lol. We checked this meat market over the holidays and i experienced a whole bunch of exotic meats again. I purchased some beef, Chicken, Lamb, Eeel and you name it. Im not much of a steak eater. But they have all of the Rib Eye you can imagine. Little Vegetables and fruit here too. My first time here, I was impressed with the meats. There were no masks enforcement, But i dont really care, I still wore mine. Staff were cool. Hope i have the chance to visit here again. We have very few stores like these in Orange County. But that could change in the future.”

“So, taking info from other photos, four years ago a Chicken Lule Plate was $9.99, now it's $17.99. The same applies to everything else, an 80% price increase in the last 4 years. Who do we thank for this?”

“This is a unique grocery store Armenian products plus everything else you need not as big as Ralphs or Walmart but they got fresh food fresh everything and great service.”

“The only reason why I came here was because it was the closest on my way home; and nonetheless it's very near the freeway. WIN!! It's in the same plaza as Walgreens so parking (like always) can be hectic. Once inside, I love that it is very spacious and the items are well stocked.”

“God bless this place. i’m puerto rican and it is so hard to find ajíes dulces, culantro and gandules. Not only did they have gandules but they had Jibarito from bayamón puerto rico ? this is so huge because it’s so much better than the goya brand “pigeon peas”. love this supermarket and i will be back”

“Something different and definitely fun. What brings ya in is the adorable teddy bears all over the outdoor patio which is all the dining the restaurant offers, but with great food and service, it's worthy of repeat visits. Bonus being attached to a small market.”

“I really appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The items that I purchase are the Gypsy ham and Gouda cheese , and I'd share them with my family and everyone was really impressed with the taste of the gypsy ham on my way tomorrow to get more.”

“The store is located in LA and so delivery is not possible (San Diego). We were first introduced to salmon bellies...smoked of course. These are sold out at their store but our local store called Vine Ripe carries them. Simply delicious...last week they were on sale for 7.99 a pound. You can get similar products on Amazon which of course delivers...so if you live in San Diego look out for these yummies...tasty...no bones...light smoke flavor...and just a great appetizer with cream cheese....Another location is Whole Foods and Frasier Farms...trust me if you love salmon like we do this is the caviar of smoked salmon....(bellies)....”

“Referred to this store by my neighbor for some authentic Armenian and Russian groceries. Can't believe this place has been here for like 30 years and I didn't know about it. Super cool spot with a lot of really great middle eastern, Russian, and I guess Ukrainian products. They've got all the regular grocery items but they've also got a bunch of stuff that I didn't know existed. Huge selection of chocolates, spices, deli meats and cheese, a bunch of desserts, caviar, canned foods, a bunch of different breads from all over the world. Pretty cool - I would definitely suggest taking a look at this place. Staff was nice, super warm atmosphere, and I think one of the older guys that was working there might have been the owner. Not sure but everyone was cool. I went in around 10:00AM and they weren't super busy so that might be a good time to go.”

“Super convenient with the essentials for healthy cooking. I bought fresh ginger and Ali Baba yogurt for less than 4 bucks and the ginger was super fresh and moist (ginger is like the canary in the coal mine of produce since it can easily be too dry or so moist it starts too mold). I love these little markets. They cater to the high standards of the middle-eastern grandma who knows how to pick produce.”

“Kozanyan is amazing! Such high quality products and service. Marty always caters to my needs and is patient and great with suggesting new and delicious meats to try. I have never been disappointed with service or products from Kozanyan. I'm a lifelong customer. It doesn't get any better than quality that you can trust! By far the best meat you can find in Glendale and the surrounding area!”

“Great neighborhood market, its owned and o operated by a pair of friendly brothers and their dad. The market is always clean they keep the place well stocked so it's ready to find what you are looking for. Each product is individually tagged with a price so you don't need to find the item tag on the shelves and try and read to make sure you are looking at the right price. They also make excellent sandwiches and their pizzas I hear are really cool. Only downside is that the parking can be a little tricky as there's only street parking and only 2 cars can park in front of the store, but if you are willing to walk 10-15 steps there is plenty of street parking.I have lived in this neighborhood for nearly 30 years, and I remember this market being there when we moved in to this neighborhood. I am not sure how long this market has been there but I remember every couple of years there would be me owners as no one could run this store. They would usually start out really enthusiastic but a year or so later you would notice the same unwelcoming atmosphere, no merchandise, half empty shelves and you would hear that the market is for sale and the same story every 2 years or so until about 5 years ago these guys bought the store. They have done an excellent job of keeping the store stocked, clean, friendly, the guy asks me about my kids every time. I certainly appreciate the gesture and from my perspective they look like they enjoy their job.I strongly suggest anyone to stop by if you happened to be near but to the neighbors who live in this area we should all make an effort to do our daily shopping for groceries from the store because not only will we be helping a store in our neighborhood grow, we will also be supporting a small business and not giving our money away to large corporations. Believe me corporations like Walmart and Kroger's and pavilions. They're going to be fine. They have a very profitable business and they make millions and millions of dollars. So with us shopping from there or without shopping from there, they're going to make their money, but for small businesses, it's up to us as neighbors to make sure that the small businesses in neighborhoods like Palmer Market and Kaffeine Coffee Shop next door grow and thrive. I am sure in return these small businesses will then do their part such as sponsor youth sports trams or help elderly residents in our neighborhood who have mobility issues by making sure they have access to nutritious meals every day.”
