“Wow! Just a lot of emotions right off the bat, and they mentioned a long moustache in like the first 5 minute so I felt personally vested in the show at that point. Definitely a much more personal and engaging venue than I've ever experienced and I totally loved that; quite unexpectedly. I wish I could have shaken each and every one of their hands.”
“A friend recommended Sayat Nova when I was looking to host a 50th birthday party for my husband. Edmond the owner was super friendly and accommodating right from the start, he really went the extra mile to make sure all our needs were met. On the day of the event when we arrived hall was set up beautifully and everything was spotless. After the party guests kept commenting that the food was superb and wait staff was great. Sayat Nova serves you a Full Menu and will not nickel and dime you like most other halls. Most important of all we felt welcome here and can't wait to return! 5 stars all the way!”

“I have been to this place multiple times, for weddings or other types of parties. The food is very good, and the service is excellent.Only one thing I dislike about this banquet hall is the chairs. They have very hard glass chairs. After sitting for an hour, you start to get a backache and want to walk around or go home. I wish they would replace them with softer chairs.”
“Parking: free and plenty on the lot of Brand park.Beautiful, old building with Moorish architecture.The library is only for art and music books/CDs. It's part of the city of Glendale library.About 1/2 the building is library, the rest is a modern art gallery and small theater.Definitely worth a visit if your in the area”

“Beautiful setting; cabanas and palms and lights on the patio. Free parking in the lot across the street. The hands down best damn pizza (Ozzy's Apizza) in LA. Crispy crust, tomatoey, not pastey sauce and fantastic thick pepperoni. Sausage with a kick. Other pizzas I leave the crust but Ozzy's is maybe the best part. Cocktails are on point.”
“I can not thank Khachik and his wife enough for providing an exceptional service to us on our wedding! Khachik was very patient, fair, and a kind man. His wife is also super patient and kind. I changed my guest count few times and they worked with me. I asked them so many questions to figure out how to do things and they patiently responded to all my questions. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my wedding day. They made my guests feel very welcomed and the workers were very respectful toward all of us. I am so glad that I had my wedding here and I'll be coming back to them again for future events. God bless you both”
“I cane here for a friends wedding and was so pleasantly surprised! When we arrived there were already so many appetizers on the table: 3 kinds of olives, 3 types of bread, cheese platter, meat platter, seafood cocktail, smoked fish, hummus, tzatziki, pickled vegetables, salads etc. Not only was the food excellent but the service was phenomenal! Best service ive had a wedding!!! We were served by 2 gentleman, 1 young and 1 older. Both men were incredibly kind, attentive and warm! Our meal also included kabobs of chicken and beef and lamb with rice and ribs. Incredible experience here!!!”

“Stayed for 1 night to attend a conference. Beautiful location. Easy check in and parking. Friendly staff who provided dinner ideas in walking distance. It's also next to a Look Dine In Theater. I enjoyed the free breakfast. They had many options and I took my coffee to enjoy.”

“Overall, I give my experience a 4. Food: LOVE IT! Everything I ate tasted great! Salads were so fresh. Service: 10/10 my cup was literally never empty Music: not my cup of tea but if you like the live singing vibe, I'm sure you would enjoy it a a lot Ambiance: the restaurant itself is very cute and I love the black vibes Parking: you need to make in the side parking structure and walk but it's Glendale so almost everywhere is like that (I think they had valet but I'm not too sure)”

“I ordered their lule package for our Christmas Eve dinner and the food was fabulous! The order arrived on time which is always a relief. The chicken, vegetables and potatoes were everyone's favorites. Even folks that don't like chicken said it was so moist and yummy. The food had a great amount of spice and flavor. I'll definitely order from them again!”
“Eden on Brand is quite the experience! I truly enjoyed my time at this very classy but not snobby place. The adult beverages are amazing and well worth the price! The Staff is super friendly and everyone is professional, welcoming and might I add ATTRACTIVE! I also loved the ambiance. Great place to take someone celebrating something. The only issue I found was the price of many of the dishes which were just a tad high for me personally. Example, I saw a Fettucine Alfredo dish for $32.00?? No Truffles or Gold Flakes mentioned, just a pasta dish. I chose instead to do sharables and a couple of amazing cocktails! I will definitely come back to Eden on Brand as I mentioned prior, it's quite classy. I'll just have to wait for the nest paycheck :)”
“Thank you so much Armene and Live Love Play team. We decided to have our daughters 1 birthday/teething party here because not only it was highly recommended but as parents we didn't have to do anything besides show up :) We went with the Big Bash package which includes everything you see in the photos. The team of four staff members helping the day of did an exceptional job. The best part was adults were able to enjoy their time outside and the kids independently played inside with supervision of a staff member. We definitely will be having more celebrations here :)”
