Not only I had one of the best bridal dress shopping experiences at Vivienne with all my bridesmaids it was shop #3 and a long day but what a way to end it. She listened and was super attentive to what I was looking for in my dress and did I mention she nailed it on the first dress try on and in my price range. She was that good! I didn't get the full champagne experience and I'm not mad at all but can't wait to go back in a few months to pick up my dress and have a glass with her. “I recently went to look for my wedding dress and luckily found one that I was so happy with! The girlie who helped me, I’m horrible with names but she was tall, pretty with short blonde hair, had so much patience with me. Let me try on my dresses a couple times to make sure I knew that’s what I wanted. In the end she explained to that their in house tailor wouldn’t be able to tailor my dress because they would need two months so she was able to give me some numbers of places they work with that could help me out. It was a great experience in all and would definitely recommend it to friends & family.”

“Marie is a literal LIFE SAVER. I called her on a whim 2 weeks before my wedding (yes, you read that correctly) with what I thought was a simple alteration and she agreed to see me right away. I was 5 months pregnant at the time and had struggled to find a dress for my intimate wedding ceremony in December but when I finally did I realized it needed some serious alterations in order to make it fit the way I wanted. After reviewing everything that needed to be done to really make it shine Marie took ample time to discuss the pricing options and if we thought it was worth it (my ceremony was only for 14 ppl on the beach in Malibu) and I plan on having another larger celebration one once my daughter is born next spring. Regardless...this woman was patient, detail oriented, LOVELY to be around, and freaking nailed every single alteration on my dress. She showed up for me big time while still having a million other brides to cater to that actually follow the proper cadence of when to get things done :). On top of the dress alterations she also made me a gorgeous veil that I could not have imagined finding anywhere else. Ladies, if you need custom work done, do not hesitate to work with Marie. “I honestly didn't expect to come here, as it's an hour away from home, but they had a dress in store that I was looking at online after seeing this dress online in another boutique but they didn't have it. I had a good experience here that made up for my previous boutique experience. The staff here let me browse through their aisles of wedding dresses, which I didn't really get to do before because the other place the stylist would pull things for me based on what I thought I wanted. Here I was left alone to look at each wedding gown and when I was ready Jennifer got the wedding gowns down for me. She helped me into them, let me walk around in them, didn't pressure me into buying anything. Just how I like to shop, stress free. I was quoted a price for the dress & the price was written down on the card. I came back a week later to try it on again and ended up purchasing the dress. The entire situation was very low-key, I didn't feel pressured, and I got my dress for about the price that it's listed on online. The plus side too is that they estimated my size correctly based off another dress the designer had so that I didn't have to do size alterations.”

“I bought my wife a Javda platinum semi-mount for her 60th b-day, to house a special diamond which I had purchased from a NY diamond dealer. This was the second I had bought from Javda, the first being our engagement ring. Both times Gloria was very hands on and helped me with customizing, sizing issues and she even directed me to discounts codes. Javda set the stone for us, it was gorgeous and Gloria even paid for my return shipping! I cannot give Javda a high enough recommendation. And how amazing Gloria helps to take some of the sting out of such expensive purchases!”
