Luckily I ran into this place that offers key copies. They offer a wide range of products and services. Grateful for this small business that could. “Usually a quiet place. Today the owner Tigran was extremely uncooperative. I walked into the office and he was not wearing a mask. This is typical. Usually I just stand at the door and he'll put on his mask while I wait. Today he didn't and because of that, I decided not to walk into the office. He came to the door to give me my package. I mentioned I would not come in if he had no mask in. This is where his attitude flared and he said, "then don't ever come in". I was shocked that an owner while be this way to a customer but ok. So I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked for his name and he refused. After a minute of back and fourth, he started raising his voice to me. This is where I pulled out the camera, as I post on social. After this, he gave me his name. Tigray, whether you believe in masks or not, your clients do and the city mandates it. I will report you to the city next time, as it is the law!”

“First things first this business is so convenient and well worth it. I stopped by just to price a mailbox and I left with a key. Compare to every other mailbox services this is the best place. Janel is such a wonderful person and she’s doing amazing at running her company. Whenever I go inside she’s always speaking to her customers and I tend to stay to converse as well it’s a strong sense of community. She’s professional and she connects with her customers. If I could have it my way I will be a customer of here’s forever. If you’re in the market for a mailbox go check her out you will not regret it.”

“Needed a document notarized last week. Although I have mailed packages from Mail Call, I didn't realize they offered notary services. I walked in and the employee (I think it was Tyler) was on the phone and I had to wait a few minutes. I was impressed by how professional he was while speaking to the customer. It only took a few minutes to get my paperwork notarized. So convenient! Want to add that although the UPS Store in Westchester also provides notary service, you need to make an appointment. Mail Call was easier for me since I was just able to walk in. Thanks for the great, friendly service!”

I got a PO Box there about two years ago because of the theft in the area and it’s been great. Jerry is always so warm and welcoming, somehow remembers everyone’s names, and is beyond helpful. “I recently spent several weeks in West LA and I needed a reliable mailbox to have packages sent to. I checked yelp, and Mail and More popped up as both highly rated and nearby. I was so happy with the service they provided, they handled my packages with care, texted me when something arrived for me, and they kindly saved me money by having me just rent the smallest mailbox, since I wasn't expecting anything but packages. The employees are are really friendly, and the cherry on top is that parking is great. Lots of places on the street, and a lot in back. That really matters if you're toting several boxes to your car! I highly recommend Mail and More, two enthusiastic thumbs up!”

I have found them to be very helpful and solution oriented to any question or inquiry. They are ideally located in the heart of Beverly Hills and have the BEST hours of operation for the their customers each day of the week. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. “Words cannot describe how pleased my company and I are with the services provided here. I had to process a big order of items (50+), all with various sizes, weights, fragility, variety of addresses and more. I had called several companies in my area, and UPS let me know that it would take days if not two weeks to process all of this through them. I called independent shipping centers, and was quoted incredibly high prices, even including the smallest of item. Everything in the Los Angeles/DTLA area couldn't fulfill my requests, especially on such short notice. After browsing yelp for a while, reviewing all reviews, I decided on Burbank Shipping Center. It was honestly a far drive for me, and I had to make multiple trips throughout the week. But it was 100% worth it. A big shoutout to Anthony and Trent for their customer service. They walked me through everything I needed to know, while providing a plethora of options in areas of concern for me, and overall, they knew exactly what they're doing. All my items were well-packed and were beyond my expectations. They had to customize a good amount of boxes as my items were large and unusual in shape. In addition, there wasn't any room for doubt as their quick and efficient work ethic made me feel reassured. It was such an easy and pleasing process to have worked with them. I feel confident in this business, and my company looks forward to the next time we need to ship something out. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! :)”

“Andrew is a high quality trainer who exceeded all expectations. Extremely confident and straight to the point. Our dog Koa had anxiety and basic obedience issues. With just 14 days of boarding and training with Andrew, Koa learned all basic obedience commands along with being able to walk nicely. Not only does he train your dog but he also coaches you as the owner on how to sustain the behavior and reinforce them at home. I highly recommend this training for anyone who is looking to improve their dogs behavior. Investing into Andrew and his team, is investing into your dog’s quality of life.”

“I only use Studio City Mailboxes and no place else, I've come here for the past few years and hands down it's the best place whenever I need to ship a package. So many times I've needed my items packaged and they are so careful with my stuff.I've also used them for the occasional notary; no appointment needed - they're so quick and know what they're doingThe store manager, Michelle, is the best, she is a problem solver and has helped me resolve a delayed package last Christmas. USPS had my package and Michelle was able to assist and get it delivered but I would recommend using Fedex in the future.”
