“I stopped at Sit n Sleep to get new mattresses for all beds in my home. I usually go the location in Long Beach. But its really closer to come here from Fountain Valley. The Customer service and help was much better here, than the one in Long Beach. But I am not doing a pissing contest so I chose to come here. Anyways purchased the mattresses, they were sent to my home, so I payed extra for deliveries. I have been doing business with them for the last 5 years. I am happy with them.”

“I normally don’t leave reviews but the service here was beyond. First, this is the only store I could find that not only HAS majority latex mattresses to try, which for my partner and I was a must to decide if that was the material we wanted to go with.Second, while there, the customer service was great. Staff was pleasant and chatted with us on matters outside mattresses and didn’t seem to be anxious to make a sale.Third, when making our purchase they were offering a $300 credit with purchase, which got us a mattress protector and 2 molded latex pillows.The order and delivery were so fast, they asked us to call 10 days before we needed the mattress but it was available to be delivered the next day, the movers arrived EARLY and set up the bed in minutes. We dove in and have been sleeping like babies since. But wait, that’s not all. If that were all I wouldn’t be writing this review!Once our order went through and we confirmed we got our mattress, I got an email telling me i had earned points from our purchase. We had enough to get another pair of their most expensive pillows at 75% off.THEN i got a hand written thank you note in the mail. Their attention to detail and the pride in their work is both evident and exemplary. So happy with our mattress and if we ever need one again we know where to go.”

“My experience at the Irvine showroom was simply fantastic. From the moment I walked in Dal introduced himself and asked how he could help me in my search. He has a very calm and personable demeanor which helped me feel at ease since I truly wasn’t sure what to choose. We tried out several different options and he was patient as I asked lots of questions. I finally decided on the EOS line, as it gave me a mixture of the pillow top feel I’m used to along with a firmness that I like for my back. He even took extra time to make sure I had a proper pillow since I mentioned how my neck had been bothering me. The president’s day sale allowed me to stock up on all the extra items I wanted which included a waterproof protector, pillow protector and a new foundation and frame. I will definitely be back to this location for the amazing attention to customer needs. Thank you Dal for all your help!”

“If you're looking for modern furniture without the big price tags, this is the place. The showroom was quite large and had a good variety. We were able to purchase dining room chairs, accent chairs, motorized couch, and a few planters. The sale was very generous. As for quality, so far it's been a few months and we're pretty happy. I only took a star off because the furniture is low, comparable to ikea and because often the delivery is delayed due to low inventory. But that just means they are popular.”

“We have purchased furniture from this store twice. All their furniture is made in the USA so you do not need to worry about quality. Our most recent visit was a couple weeks prior to our moving date. Marlene allowed us to make a small deposit to reserve a dresser and two nightstands that we intended on purchasing but were not yet able to make a final decision on. We stopped by a week later to make the full payment. Their prices are more than fair, especially for the quality of product. Overall, Marlene provided excellent customer service and was very hospitable.”
“This is a life changing product!Last Winter I was looking for a bed warmer that is non-electric because my body would get so tired from getting up every morning from electric bed warmers. after some research, I ended up getting this product and I can't say enough good things about this product! not only you can dual control temperatures I don't feel exhausted in the morning anymore. The quality of sleep is so much better now. Plus, it's so slim unlike the other bed warmers in the market. I'm thinking about buying another one for my mom. Totally worth it!”

“Ordered a king size bed from Cantoni. The bed arrived well packed, well-built, but had a problem with fitting our mattress. After initial conversation with support and not getting much help there, we reached out to one of the managers at Cantoni (Luca). He thoroughly investigated the issue and agreed that the bed has a design issue and Cantoni will pick it up for a full refund. Luca went further by helping us select another bed and let us keep the current bed while we’re awaiting for new bed delivery. He went above and beyond to help us in this situation.We’ll update this review with pictures once the new bed arrives (can’t wait).”
“We bought our Murphy bed years ago! Still looks great and functions very well. We are replacing our floors and the contractor could not stop talking about our Murphy bed. He thought it was just an office. When we showed him everything stays on the desk as is when going to bed, he was amazed. We told him where to go!”
“I was in the market for a good quality bed. I wanted a bed that I could get a good night sleep. I looked at several places in south orange county. I went to all of them but I did not get the help I needed to make my decision. I was frustrated.Then I went into Ortho Mattress at 23451 Avenida De La Carlota, and walked in and I felt this was the right place.It is a huge store. Almost as big as a football field. Lots of beds. Then I met Ella the salesperson. What a wonderful lady. She was so knowledgeable and patient. There were 2 elderly lady's ahead of me and she sold them a bed and they were so happy. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several different brand name beds with different names and let me try them all. She did not try to sell me. She let the beds sell me. . Ella was not pushy at all. She let me go back and forth as many times as I needed. I finally made the choice. I am so happy , it felt right and I sleep like a baby. I feel so fortunate and grateful to meet Ella. She is the best. When I buy my next bed I am going to see Ella at Ortho.”

“Mattress Refresh is a perfect solution to my seasonal allergies. They come yearly to sterilize my mattress and other soft furnishings which helps me sleep better at night. They use a UV machine with vacuum and a pressure stream as well as an eco friendly odor removing solution. Love these guys and will keep recommending!”
“These guys know their product! Best experience every time I go to Howard's as no other retailer can match their depth of product, price point and professional product personnel. Today we had the fortune of having PEIMAN SOBHANI to assist us with buying a bed mattress. He knew all the product features that helped us make our decision to purchase while in the store. We also are shopping for a new stove top for our desert house, and he knew this product as well. I would have bought today, but need to do some additional measurements of the existing stove top. I will be back. From a prior visit, I understand that Howard's doesn't pay a commission so there is no hint of sales pressure. Even better, the employees are on profit sharing therefore giving them a great opportunity to own part of the business. Do yourself a favor next time your looking for TV's, appliances, BBQ grills, mattresses and many other household products, pay them a visit at their Tustin location.”
