I will go out of my way to ship my business products out with this small business!Recently, I shipped a package with her and realized I forgot to put the apt# on the address - Tara got in touch with me to have have it sent back out without any other issues or cost. :)”

Having printed at this branch several times, Rob called me proactively as soon as he saw the order come in. This was great for two reasons - great customer service and I actually forgot to call. “This is by far the best Staples I've ever been to. Both Cameron and James in the Print Department gave me the best customer service I've ever had at any store. I received excellent customer service when I was dropping off my order, and excellent customer service when I picked up my order. Even though this isn't the closest Staples to my house, this will forever be my Staples of choice. It's worth driving the extra distance to be helped by such a friendly and competent staff.”
“I just come here when an Amazon return requires me too, so I am not here very often.The few times I've been here, the overall experience has been ok. Sometimes it get really busy, so it's a hit or miss kinda thing.Today Monday, I showed up around 1:30 pm and it was empty, but as I was walking out, the line was getting a bit long already.The lady at the counter was quick and still very helpful and friendly.Parking can be a little hassle if that store is busy. You'll have to park somewhere else in the shopping center, but it'll be a very short walk anyways!”
