“For $10 a month you get what you get. The bathrooms are clean enough but do always smell like butt, but that's probably the clients themselves. The equipment is clean and is kept in working order, and when stuff goes down they quickly get it fixed and back in use. The staff are nice and usually busy with some sort of cleaning or maintenance. Check in is always easy and smooth. It's good functional equipment in a clean space to get a workout in for the average person. This is not the place for the muscle head plate clanker or the fancy spa and sauna seeker. But it is a great place for you to get your basic workout done.”
“My daughter loves it! They are all about the kids. The coach is awesome! She really enjoys going it's nice they can provide something like this where girls & parents are able to be comfortable.”
“My favorite gym in town! They have a great free weights area with dumbbells up to 120 lbs, all 3 main angles of barbell benches, a few adjustable benches and the right amount of machines/cardio stations to get a great workout in. The facility is always clean and the staff has always been friendly. It doesn't get crowded at all during the day until around 4pm. Great place overall, would definitely recommend to all in town.”

“I have been going to awaken since it opened and have yet to leave a review! This is one of my favorite places in Lompoc; The place I didn’t know I needed. It’s such a friendly environment full of tough, amazing women encouraging one another. Bridgette is a BEAST and teaches kickboxing techniques with ease and without any judgement. I recommend this place to any woman in Lompoc.”
