“I accompanied my nephew today to get his phone screen fix today to the All Tech store on tenth street by pacific and what I can say is that the individual was really helpful and knew what he was doing with the cellphone a-lot of good tech knowledge. Really good with customer service, the prices are not all that expensive so if your on a budget I believe this is the place to go. She was nice enough to ask if she could ring up a monthly payment from a customer that walked in while we were setting up his new plan. “Jennifer was so helpful and knowledgeable about Metro Pcs plans. Her customer service was an A++++. She asked all the questions necessary to access what I wanted, what I needed, and also the same for my mom. And she was definitely multi-tasking when (the Mr. inquired about noise canceling head sets because he plays drums). She went out of her way to let me know what my options were and what would work best for me and my mom (who I added to my plan). She needs a raise. She went through my options/plans and gave me the best one that worked for all (3 for now) of our devices. We were definitely happy with what option/plans I was offered when I left the store. Happy as a clam. And we were thinking about adding a laptop plan (which we will be coming back to see Jennifer for). She went thru those options also (in her head, not even in front of the computer) but said she needed to make sure exactly what plans would work better for us and would get back to me. Who does that? JENNIFER, JENNIFER DOES THAT! She said she would go through my plan again to see if she could find better options and give me a call to let me know what other plans/options may work better (if any). Well, (about 20 mins later) she went above and beyond. She gave me a call and gave me an even better plan for all of our devices. It was an option that I couldn't refuse. SOLD!! We will definitely be back to get the laptop and plan for it from her. And the store was the biggest Metro Pcs I have ever seen, and it was soooooooooo freaking clean. All of their displays were neat (no dirty, smeery, greasy finger prints all over the place). If anyone needs a new phone, please go and see Jennifer and tell her I sent you.”
