Well kept and secure storage facility. Love that they have their own locks on there too. They have security cameras everywhere and the staff are extremely responsive and helpful. Will be using them again.

Best experience with a storage unit. Staff is super helpful and they have all the equipment you could need! Tons of dollys, a forklift and restroom facilities on sight.

First understand that you only have access to your storage unit when people are in the office and they leave at 6pm. As long as that works for you snd you can climb stairs if you get an upper unit then this place is the best in the area. The people who work there are good people snd their two lock system seems to keep your stuff safe. The parking allows for easy loading and unloading. They have like 20 flatbeds so you don’t have to wait around for one if more than three people show up at the same time like the big orange storage units. Thanks

I had to plan a move while out of state. After a bit of research, I ended up using A-American Self Storage on Federal Avenue, Los Angeles, CA. I’m very pleased with the customer service provided by Kristi. She recommended the right locker size to store my possessions. Moving is stressful, but she made it a breeze. Highly recommend.

I've had numerous storage spaces at A-American in recent years due to three moves. Kristi, Fidel, Tony, Robin, and Chris are all friendly and helpful. I'm always glad to see these folks even though I'm tired of dealing with my boxes-- they always have solutions to my questions and issues. Also, the facility is always clean and bright with nice skylights that make it easy for me to work in my second-floor spaces. A great business!

Found A-American Self Storage recently in Santa Monica and I’m super happy with the customer service provided by Kristi. She recommended the right locker size to store my guitars in their facility. As a working musician, it’s nice to know my gear is protected in the facility 24/7. Very convenient drop off loading dock when transferring items to and from my car with dolly carts available, which is super handy. 10/10 would recommend! Kristi helped me get set up with a unit and she was so quick with responses and so efficient when I went on-site to check out the unit in person. They have a great security system in place and I really feel safe leaving my furniture at A-American Self Storage.

A-American Storage stored my household belongings for 4 months during a renovation. It was easy to make arrangements, store the furniture, and it was just as easy to close out the account. The staff was knowledgable and considerate. Questions were answered promptly. I would use them again if the need arises.

I spoke to Kristi from the moment I inquired about storage and rates at this facility and she was very quick with her responses and provided all the details I asked about. She was very nice when I showed up on-site and gave me a tour of the unit I wanted to rent and was so efficient in helping me get set up. The value is great and the location is perfect is you're looking for storage in West LA. They have a great security system in place which will guarantee the safety of your storage unit. I am so glad I chose A-American Self Storage for my storage needs! 10/10 recommend.

I had storage here for years and A-American is hands down the best self storage I’ve ever used. Employees are friendly, the space is clean and the use of dollies and lifts is super convenient.
