“The Japanese Village is one of those places that you need to visit at least once. Weekends are are always packed and you get to see some very interesting people and attire. It can be overwhelming at times but entertaining nonetheless. There are two bakeries and the pastries and breads are always fresh. Lots of little restaurants to choose from so take your time and walk around and check the menus first. Whichever you pick, it will be delicious. The grocery store is filled with unique produce so make sure to check it out.”

“The prices are amazing here. The gas is so cheap, it is fantastic. The only downsize is that the gas station serves other types of gasses. The first and only time I went, I stopped in front of a pump that was not gas or diesel. I am glad I was paying cash, and I was told that was not regular gas. Imagine if I would have paid with a credit card like I normally do. I would not have a car anymore. ?”

“Went there today for the first time and both Marcelo Carrasco (Bank Manager) and Andrew Navarro (Universal Banker) were terrific! So helpful with setting up an account and helping me with an app. Kind and patient and so professional yet down-to-earth. When it came time for me to leave, it was so dark outside, and Marcelo escorted me out to make sure I was safe. Kind acts like this is hard to find. A wonderful experience and deeply appreciated.”

“This branch was closed for renovations the last time I was in Los Angeles. When it was originally built, the architect must have thought that most of the customers would be folks who lived in the neighborhood and walked to the bank so the main entrance was at the corner of third and Fairfax.Whoever designed the renovation understood that this is LA. Most customers will drive to the bank.The main entrance is on the diametrically opposite corner, facing the parking lot.Went there today to get a cashier's check. Beautiful decor. Helpful, friendly staff. I couldn't imagine getting better service than I experienced during the visit.”
