This review is long overdue. Ever since me and my girlfriend moved to LA, this has been our go to pet store. We get everything for our dog here and always leave satisfied. We usually come for the self wash as our dog sheds too much for us to wash him at home. They offer a prepaid self wash card that is an absolute bargain. For about $15 they provide you with shampoo, conditioner, and a strong blow dryer - perfect for our pups thick coat. There's also a great selection of food, treats, and toys. I highly recommend subscribing to their email promotions. There's usually a solid store wide discount every few months and that's when we stock up on food and toys for him. The staff are always friendly and happy to assist. I've never had a bad experience here and can't recommend this place enough!

The staff is nice, but I always end up spending over a half hour in the store due to the system lacking in efficiency. Have been waiting over a year for a free bag and still have not gotten it. My rewards were in usable for 5 weeks due to system errors. Not worth it

Clean store. Limited options for cats. Was looking for Tiki cat dry food, but they didn't have that specifically. Other options were still high quality though.

I have only great things to say about, Savannah L.With her knowledge of cat food, she helped me pick a new brand of kibble when my usual brand was out of stock. My cat loves it. I also have a dog, and I frequently take him there to give him a bath. Savannah L. Keeps the dog wash room very tidy and neat. She also pops every now and then to see if anyone needs help.

A good size specialized pet store, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff and lots of pet everything - please see the pictures. I spoke to Kevin and he was very happy to assist and knowledgeable - pleasure to talk to. Doggie self-wash is available, also there's a kiosk to make pet IDs on the spot.

Great Customer Service! The store is nicely set up, organized, and clean. I love the great variety of pet foods and especially the selection of toys. I was assisted by Dani Nelson, and she was knowledgeable of the products that they carry, very friendly and courteous. I love this store!!

This shop needs to improve upon their customer service. On my visit today, a young White girl (employee) at the registrar (11/23) was rude when I purchased my cat product items. When she asked me if I had been registered as a customer there on their system, to which I responded I did not, she snarked at me, and proceeded to shove me my items, without a single "Thank you", and handed me the receipt with a really rude expression on her face.This show that although this shop offers a wide range of pet products, they definitely need to improve on better training their employees. Disappointed that I used to come by here and there to buy some of my pet supplies when I was in the area -- I will not be returning ever again to this shop! Would not recommend!There is a Petco within a mile from Centinela, and would much rather be buying my pet supplies there or from Amazon!

The staff is always very friendly when you go in, and willing to help. I like shopping at brick and mortar stores and do so whenever I can. I've been a loyal customer of this store for over a decade. That's why I was kind of surprised when I tried to return an unopened bag of dry cat food which had about a year left on its freshness date. I was told that since I had purchased it more than 60 days ago, it couldn't be returned. I explained that I had bought the food not knowing our cat would die before he could eat it, but, it seems, a policy is a policy at Centinela Feed. The food was $30 for a small bag, not a big financial outlay, but I can get our pets' food at many other online stores have it delivered, and pay less. I didn't really make a fuss over the refusal to refund the food for our dead cat, but I'll get the food for our remaining cat elsewhere. Centinela showed me today they're not really into acknowledging customer loyalty, so why should I be loyal to them? The $30 Centinela Feed didn't want to return today, will cost them much more in the long run (our surviving cat has a much more expensive palate). It's sad when companies are shortsighted, and forget that long-time customers matter to their business, and have other options. :(

They have a largish parking lot so you don't have to find street parking. I took my dog in with me and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me choose a really good that is made locally and my dog loves.
