Worst veterinarian I have ever been to. Avoid this place. I couldn't even speak to the doctor face to face. I spent an hour and a half with no result. They answered none of my questions about my 12 week old puppies cough! All I needed was a health certificate to make it home to my father-in-laws funeral. What kind of man can't have a conversation with a client face to face???? It's mind boggling. I spent an hour going back and forth with messengers. The conversation could have been had in less than 60 seconds. You also wasted an hour and a half of your business time where you should be making profit! I hope you all go out of business."Banfield" issued the health certificate less than 24 hours after this appointment.

Went in thinking our male cat is not eating because he ate something toxic or has a stomach blockage. Turned out he had a urinary infection and enormous bladder about ready to burst. Dr Yoo was phenomenal. Over the next three days, we took the cat in for expressing/flushing, monitoring blood and urine levels. Sent home with cranberry/copper/electrolytes supplements. Avoided surgery! Cat is doing great. The problem may come back as he is a male cat and prone to those kind of problems, but with proper management and care and dr Yoo’s instructions, this could be handled without surgery. We had to return to the clinic three days in a row, cost involved of course (NPI covered 90%!), but the cat got care, attention, we got explanations of every step, shown Xrays, shown bowls filled with urine…go see and talk to Prof dr Yoo!

Been with them for years, they’ve been taking care of both of our cats. Attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. We moved away from LA, but highly recommended!

FIND ANOTHER VET CLINIC. Given the multiple complaints about the front desk manager, Sharon, and overpriced course of treatment, I would not recommend Grand Park.Grand Park’s front desk manager, Sharon, is curt with customers and treats them from a defensive disposition. I saw her speak in such a rude and condescending manner to a prospective client who wished to have his dog seen. Per this prospective client, he waited for hours and was told by Sharon to come back after 2pm. She rudely objected to what he understood and snarkily told him the clinic wouldn’t be able to tend to his dog. No sincere apologies for miscommunication were granted to this client. This is because Sharon believes she can do no wrong and does not know how to remove her ego and pride when dealing with customers. It is shocking that she is the manager and therefore representative of the clinic. A true competent manager would navigate the situation with more tact and apologize for the misunderstanding. EVEN WHEN A MANAGER KNOWS THEY ARE RIGHT.On another occasion, I was asked to reschedule an appointment to give another pet an emergency surgery. I was happy to oblige as I would want someone else to do the same for my pet. When I was later contacted to confirm my new appointment, I was told my doctor would not be on staff for the newly rescheduled appointment. I mentioned that I had not been informed of a switch of vets. Sharon quickly and defensively said that she would have told me that upon setting the appointment. No, Sharon, that was not the case. This rash judgment against your clients is so off-putting. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication she abruptly asked if I wanted to keep the appointment. The problem with switching vets is that the new vet ordered $1000s of new and additional tests. We also looked into their dental treatment. We received outrageously priced dental estimates to know they are ripping off their clients. This inconsistency with vets in every new appointment will cost you. STAY AWAY.

I rarely will leave a bad review for anyone. This place was disgustingly unprofessional. After deciding to honor a 5pm appointment at their closing time, which I was not told they close at 5- they turned my bleeding dog away because I arrived at 5:05 and would not see him. The receptionist failed to say we had to be “early” - they wasted my time and cared nothing about the concern for my French bulldog. The incompetence of making an appointment at your “closing time” and leaving an animal at risk is terrible

Dr.Kang is very caring, respectful, and caring. They are a bit expensive but she took care of my dog Simba who had a heart murmur. Everytime I took him in, she was as worried as me, I could tell she really cared. I will never forget the time she couldn't find what was wrong with him so she didn't charge us anything and gave us information about cardiologist to take him. Thank you.

Honestly seems this place cares more about money than helping animals. My cat never got the care he needed. Highly disappointed

Only go there if you want to waste your money!! The only thing they want is to charge money, they don’t care about anything else! I went in today for my dogs health certificate to fly and wanted to charge +$900 dlls for medicine they already gave them 3 weeks before! We ended up paying $400 because the Vet told us if we didn’t get certain medication for my dogs ear she WOULD NOT sign the certificate!! Mind you that 3 weeks prior she did testing on the ear and no medication was needed and all of a sudden today she needed to prescribe it? WORST VETS EVER! Thankfully this is the last time we ever have to go there!

They took us in last minute while we were waiting in line for a different walk in vet. They prescribed my dog medication, gave us bandages, bandaged my dog up and took out her sutures (that she tore off herself).Everything cost around $450 with the medication, visit, materials for bandages and cleaning, and the actual bandage. They were really nice and I’m glad I was able to see them today so last minute.
