The best place for Korean cookware and home goods. Kim's is a staple of koreatown and has been around for so long. I recently came by to check out their rice cookers. There are lots of employees here so it's very easy to find someone to help you. I was recommended a Cuchen rice and pressure cooker and it was on sale. The prices here are very competitive. I also purchased a few glass food containers as they always have the best selection here. They have everything you need for your home and kitchen!

Inner pot of Cuckoo rice cooker is peeling. Kim's Home Center does not sell inner pot anymore and they give me a telephone number where I can get it. What a inconvenience ! Kim's Home Center should sell it or order for customer. Be aware to buy Cuckoo rice cooker.

I found a nice priced Zojirushi water bottle and bought it. I researched for the price I paid for and found that it was cheaper than Amazon or Ebay- Yay! But found that they do not gift wrap the merchandise anymore which they used to for free previously- bummer.

The Korean BakHwaJum at LA's last remaining department store is a true gem. They offer the best selection of Korean products, hands down. The store is thoughtfully organized, making it easy to navigate the products, and every item had a clear price tag. The environment was clean and well-maintained, with everything in order, and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. They were proficient in English (as well as Korean), which made the shopping experience even more accessible for a diverse clientele.

This place has been around since I was a little girl - so many home goods! The stuff is good quality and priced well. The kids goods are great - although they didn't have much selection on toddler pajamas (the soft cotton relaxed fit), the blankets were warm with cute designs. I want to get rid of my whole kitchen and start over with a shopping spree from here! So many things you can see in person - similarly priced to Amazon. They are nicer to Korean people but it's probably because they don't speak English.

This is the place if you, your mom, grandma, etc want to stock up on Korean home goods. They have a bunch of stuff that you can't really find on Amazon (or the price would be much higher) and would have to go to Korea for. From cookware to clothes to toiletries, you may end up spending more time here than intended just looking through all the things. My MIL who lives in the DC area said that the prices are better here than there. They also have plenty of parking across 2 parking lots.

If you see a fun Korean product in a vlog or social media, chances are you will find it at Kim's. I was getting into the Korean clay pot-smoked pork belly videos and found the Korean clay pot at Kim's. They have rice cookers, kimchi refrigerators/appliances, pots, pans, bowls, chopsticks, bedding, etc... I have to restrain my wife from picking up nick-nacks while shopping here because it can get out of hand. This is a long-standing business in LA's Koreatown and it's a trusty store for the community. They have 3 parking locations (right in front, below the building, and across the street). It gets crazy busy during the Christmas and New Years holiday, so plan ahead.

Great place to explore home necessities and other goods. Very cheap and affordable niche products. The store has free parking and the shop is huge; it has everything you might be looking for like appliances, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc.

It's good to have a lot of staff. But the old man with glasses on the second floor is so unkind. He talks too aggressively and ignores customers who look around without buying anything right in front of his face. It was so unpleasant. He is a very strange man. The others were fine. However, he needs a serious education.

I actually give them 4.5 stars. Whenever we are in need of something for our home, we ask ourselves, "I wonder if Kim's has it?". They seem to have anything and everything you might need. From house slippers to vacuums to clothes to big and small appliances.Definitely go here first the next time you're in need of something for your home, except for furniture. If in doubt, we live 20 minutes outside of Koreatown and still would go to Kim's first.

Every thing you need for the home, especially if you are Asian/Korean. All the goods are meticulously organized with home goods on first floor and electrical goods on second. Their blanket collection is second to none. And so are their hot water thermos section. Think of this place as where you can get Asian goods that you can't easily get on Amazon. Good parking on site. Middle of Ktown LA.

Visited first time yesterday! It's like a department store, all kinds of items! I bought a summer blanket and a Zojirushi Toaster Oven. Very nice customer service, very helpful. I only wish they had a small area with drinks so we could stay longer and shop! Parking was great!
