As much as I wish I would have continued to work with this company, it has been a complete let down. I have submitted all paperwork necessary to start my case and time and time again I received no update on the progress of my case. Two times I called my agent to check in to see the progress of my case, both times of which I was told “we are waiting for you to submit your final work order bill”. Again, I have everything submitted and verified. If this company was serious about their business they would have better follow ups with their potential clients. Had I took the time to read the reviews (which have proven to be true) I wouldn't have bothered.

Horrible experience with this Law Firm. Like others said they called in the first week and answered all my emails and calls then all communication stopped. My case manager name Diana straight up was very rude and after leaving them 3 messages and 4 email she never emailed me back nor did she call. I should have done my research prior to signing up with them. They are very unprofessional and will waist your time. Such a shame because lawyers and law offices are suppose to be considered professional but they are the complete opposite of professional.

I provided information that was made available from my service providers and now wait for processing and communication from the lead attorney's office which is out of state. So far things have gone along fairly well. Delays are mostly on my side doing due diligence to the technical issues and my skills in this area which are not top of the line. People are pleasant to deal with once I was able to upload data in full.

I contacted Q&A in September 2022 regarding a 2017 ecoDiesel - last week April 2024 I received a check that allowed me to replace the original with a new truck and compensated for time, issues and frustrations handsomely. This was about 5 months later than I was led to believe at settlement (BUT this was mostly due to Morley the company that actually takes vehicle back on FCA behalf and per the other reviews yes communication was sometimes an issue BUT all in all the good outweighs the bad. I could not have achieved a similar result by myself. remember the old adage that people generally only write reviews when they are angry - I suggest that this company is OK, I was eventually (18 months) very satisfied BUT you have to keep every piece of information between yourself and dealership to be successful and I am sure they are swamped with cases.

Like a lot of these reviews it seems like they call and call until they just don’t. That’s usually after you have the 10 day pay off loan, bank info. Last I heard it was done settled check was getting cut and now I hear nothing. I call my case assistant it leaves a busy tone. I called the main line was told “when they have an update they’ll call.” I repeated well I have questions so I need a call regardless. He just repeated “when they have an update they’ll call like I said.” I am starting to worry this may be a scam. Praying it’s not. I just want to give back this lemon that should have never been sold to anyone.

I hired them about my Nissan Frontier,their get the settlement award 2months ago call them several time because their said going to take 2 months to get the award now over two months I finally someone from the office give update now said I have to wait another 2/3 month to finalize the paperwork.don’t sound right..

Filed in July 2023, almost 9 months later I’ve never received a call with updates, I’ve emailed many times called even more times and no update still. I’m on the verge of repossession my truck is not been functioning correctly and I hope all these months haven’t gone to waste! Praying that my case gets resolved soon. 2019 Chevy Silverado. Paul Maldonado.Roxanna, was the only helpful representative. I’m slowly giving up on my hopes of restitution.Update; I commented on a facebook post and the post was removed. Basically some other dude commented that he has been waiting 4 years !! Ahh should I have had known I would have chosen a more aggressive representative. I really am gonna hold my hope with Quill & Arrow. I just don’t understand how my case hasn’t moved anywhere. My vehicle definitely qualifies as unsafe, I feel like my case should have been handled with more urgency. Like mentioned I’m going to hold my hope and wait for an update that brings me some peace of mind. I haven’t paid for any services which is amazing but I don’t want to be in the same stage with my case on the back burner. I’ve personally have had family members and colleagues share their stories with much quicker settlements and less far of an issue

I started my case back in April 2023. First, they told me that I wouldn’t have an answer until October 2023. Which I waited, I contacted them since they never bother to do so. I asked about what had happened and they told me my case had gone to “immediation/mediation” and I wouldn’t be hearing back until March of 2024. Which brings me to now I called at the beginning of March 2024 and they told me that I wasn’t going to get an answer until April again because the dealer (lemon) might decide to push the date. Which I completely understand but I have not gotten a single update in regards to the car. At first, I didn’t mind calling since “ANA” would call me back and explain things. But since March I tried calling and leave voicemails and no one gets back to me. Today I called the company and they told me they were going to have someone call me back. I wish they would communicate more and send updates regarding the case. I understand that it is not their fault if the case keeps pushing back but I just want to know why and what happened. Their team lacks communication with their clients. I don’t mind waiting but I would like to receive updates in regards to my case.

In the beginning, our experience started off great we were getting constant updates from the team helping , and then progressively has gotten worse towards the end we have signed paperwork regarding how much of a settlement we’re getting back with our 2020 dodge charger , they have asked us for paperwork from the finance company , and dealer paperwork repeatedly and we were told that we should have everything finished by beginning of March of 2024 and that they were just waiting on the dealer to contact them which is fine .As you can see that is not the case we have been calling numerous times this month specifically because we were told everything should be settled in March .but to no avail. I have asked for Melissa who is the one who has been helping us with this issue and every time that we call they say she’s not available for some reason I wonder why? When I have call all I have been told that they will rely this message to her and make it a high priority, obviously it’s not a high priority to them . The communication is horrible and unprofessional. I get that things happen and things take time but the right thing to do is to let people know what is going on with their case especially with a car that is a LEMON that are they still having to drive . I want to hear back from someone asap no more excuses!

This company has been AWFUL- it has been 3 years and we have not seen any money from them. What is the point and why do this kind of business and get peoples hopes up? You get passed around from pillar to post and never speak to the same person twice. We have had no communication via the lawyers from the manufacturers so is it even real?! Are Quill & Arrow just bluffing? We were originally told 9-10 months turn around for a result and now we are this many years down the line. Annoying, disgusting,disappointing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHIT

I’mNot getting any response my car is in the dealership no one wants to help with a rental or loner car I’mPaying so much a month for a car that is not working and I’ve seen reviews that the case takes 3 years or more sometimes I can’t not wait does anyone know how much does this company charge to opt out cause honestly they haven’t done anything for me.
