Working on a job nearby I stopped by to purchase some materials both guys had very bad attitude and poor customer service. They didn't have what I was looking for and gave me attitude when I asked them. Take your business elsewhere.

I needed a vintage plumbing part which I had been told was no longer made and these guys had it, helped me out and gave some tips on what to look out for in the install. Easy.
