“Usually a quiet place. Today the owner Tigran was extremely uncooperative. I walked into the office and he was not wearing a mask. This is typical. Usually I just stand at the door and he'll put on his mask while I wait. Today he didn't and because of that, I decided not to walk into the office. He came to the door to give me my package. I mentioned I would not come in if he had no mask in. This is where his attitude flared and he said, "then don't ever come in". I was shocked that an owner while be this way to a customer but ok. So I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked for his name and he refused. After a minute of back and fourth, he started raising his voice to me. This is where I pulled out the camera, as I post on social. After this, he gave me his name. Tigray, whether you believe in masks or not, your clients do and the city mandates it. I will report you to the city next time, as it is the law!”

They carry lots of products you don't find at other stores such as moving containers for artwork, glass, kitchenware etc. The boxes here are very competitively priced and the owner offered free returns/refunds on any unused boxes. “Needed a document notarized last week. Although I have mailed packages from Mail Call, I didn't realize they offered notary services. I walked in and the employee (I think it was Tyler) was on the phone and I had to wait a few minutes. I was impressed by how professional he was while speaking to the customer. It only took a few minutes to get my paperwork notarized. So convenient! Want to add that although the UPS Store in Westchester also provides notary service, you need to make an appointment. Mail Call was easier for me since I was just able to walk in. Thanks for the great, friendly service!”

“After the laminator broke down at my usual Staples location, I got redirected to this fancy-looking Staples location on Miracle Mile. I requested to have 3 kpop posters and a fanmade concert banner laminated in the copy & print department. Jessica was very transparent, professional and accommodating to the available laminating services (particularly with the available thickness of lamination) and when my order would be completed in a timely fashion. I told them I needed it completed within two days and said it might be finished the next day. Michael, the printing manager, was truly helpful and assisted in measuring the dimensions of my posters and banner. They were truly professional as they handled my posters with care and were transparent about the slight charges for trimming the posters. Honestly, I'd rather have them trim the correct dimensions instead of cutting them myself incorrectly. The next day, I received a text notification that my posters were ready. I decided to pick them up the day after (2 days after I placed the order.) I was allowed to pay in advance and it was only $24.00 for my entire laminated order! On the day I picked it up, Jay was on duty and they were also very polite as they presented my posters. They were rolled up and made sure I double check to see if the lamination was done correctly. And yes, they were trimmed proportionally and the laminated posters looked phenomenal. I believe these posters can last for many years to come! Thank you to everyone in the copy & print service department especially to Jessica, Michael and Jay for completing my orders in a timely manner.”

“I recently spent several weeks in West LA and I needed a reliable mailbox to have packages sent to. I checked yelp, and Mail and More popped up as both highly rated and nearby. I was so happy with the service they provided, they handled my packages with care, texted me when something arrived for me, and they kindly saved me money by having me just rent the smallest mailbox, since I wasn't expecting anything but packages. The employees are are really friendly, and the cherry on top is that parking is great. Lots of places on the street, and a lot in back. That really matters if you're toting several boxes to your car! I highly recommend Mail and More, two enthusiastic thumbs up!”

“My parents went into the Village Mail-Call last week to renew their passports. The owner Julie gave them her full attention as she did 10 years ago when they first renewed them. Julie was just as meticulous and thorough as she was 10 years ago. She knows every detail that the application needed so there would be no mistakes. She took their pictures, told them what to wear, positioned their heads correctly and checked every measurement. Julie knows her business and made sure everything was done correctly so they would receive their new passports back in a timely manner with NO mistakes. They were so impressed with her knowledge and thoroughness and they highly recommend them for all your important mailing needs.
