Sending out a HUGE thank you to Hideo, Chris, Katherin and Jonathan for the incredible assistance that they offered me while trying to help me add further components to my Elpha system. Not only that, but they (Hideo) also helped secure installation to ensure that the cabinets are installed correctly. I will gladly drive out of my way to reach the Century City location because I know I will always be assisted properly and you guys really do go above and beyond to help your customers. You are truly wonderful people!THANK YOU :)

We LOVE this location- always has a good stock and great staff! Gabbie has helped us on several occasions and is very kind.. as personal organizers we often need stock checked for large quantities and early shopping access.. This location is always helpful with whatever we need to get the job done! We also love how friendly the staff is whenever we go in, they remember us and make us feel at home:)

I recently moved to the West Hollywood area. We needed a creative storage solution. When I walked into the container store, Rachel immediately helped us. Her bright, shiny, polite manner made us feel so welcome. When we picked out the item we needed, Rachel carried it to the front for us. found a discount for us. What more can you ask?!Great service wins over price.

Waited no less than 30 min for my single item mobile order that was supposedly “ready”. Complete waste of my time as I could’ve walked in and bought the item 10x over during the time I waited.After about 15 min the cashier noticed two of us waiting for an extended time and radioed to learn that no one was covering order pick ups. After that a woman that had been there less than 5 min received her order. When I asked what was going on with our orders (after 20min) I was told that since they were so busy (they weren’t) they often fulfill in the opposite order of arrival! That’s ridiculous, but it shouldn’t have mattered because in the 30 min I waited there was only 2 other people with mobile pick up and one of them was stuck waiting just as long as me.In the end about 3-4 employees asked what we were waiting for, but no one solved it until 30 min in. Very disappointed with this customer service and would suggest not to waste your time with mobile order pick ups!

The Container Store needs to stop selling, "Richard's Moth Repellent herbal sachets." It does just the opposite. Yesterday I looked in my closet in absolute HORROR to see a"live moths farm "on the sachet and a giant hole on my new cashmere-sweater, behind the sachet, where they are feeding. Small white winged moths crawling all over. It happened to another sweater and there's holes in all my wool clothes as they migrated to other sweaters in my closet. I'm complaining to this manufacturer asap.I'm writing to warn others, don't use this product!!!! I found other reviewers on Amazon who had the same horrible experience with it !!

I’m speechless after stopping at this place! First of all Reggie gave me unmatched customer service. He answered all my questions, showed me how the closet system works, went out of his way to grab extra material for me and loaded up all my products into my car after purchase. Everyone here was so nice and helpful and of course they have everything you could ever possibly need for organizing. They have my business for life.

Purchased the Elfa Closet system and I regret it. Horribly disorganized, poor communication - amateur hour. Invest your $5k with California Closets or another manufacturer. Not worth the trouble for such an expensive purchase.

There's a mild hesitation I have about a store that promotes and sells items to help people store things. Im always reminded of George Carlin's comedic spiel about Americans and "stuff". We keep buying more stuff, then when we run out of room, we put it in storage, then buy more stuff.However, if you approach your stuff from an ORGANIZING perspective, then there is no other place I'd rather be. I've been a customer of this business since my days in Boston, well over two decades ago, so I'm very familiar with their wares.Recently, as I enter the minimalist stage of my life, I've been very busy as a return customer, to organize my new lifestyle. Nothing pleases me more than finding, once again, everything I need to clean up my home, from shoe and hat storage, to kitchen drawers and pantry containers. I've absolute rekindled my love for this store, and am ecstatic to find that quality products remains a core attribute of their franchise.

Chris was excellent to deal with and Carolyn was extremely helpful over the phone. Jonathan, however, was exactly what I would teach an employee NOT to act like. Without hesitation he was rude, obviously upset w his job, and happy to make customers feel uncomfortable with his grunting and passive aggressive comments. I hope he puts more effort into representing himself and The Container Store in a more positive light.
