It was such a refreshing experience to feel so welcomed and supported by each and every one of you. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for creating such an inviting and warm community space for everyone. It's truly remarkable that no one is ever miserable and there's no hint of negativity or judgment. The positive energy that radiates from each interaction is simply incredible. I must also commend the owner or manager for their exceptional job in hiring such a fantastic team and creating an atmosphere that is nothing short of extraordinary. Please continue to bring that excellent energy because it truly is contagious. And I want you all to know that I genuinely appreciate how well-organized and clean the place looks. “I love stopping by to see what's new at the shop, everyday they have new things and different promotions running! So thankful for Chanel and her customer service in a recent find, she took it upon herself to make sure I was getting a product that had all the parts, and took the extra time to get me all the information I needed for the purchase. Tip: they have an instagram which showcases their promotions and new arrivals and their website it also great place to explore their items!”

“Walking through the crowded aisles is like walking through that warehouse at the end of "Raiders of the Lost Ark." Whether or not you are looking for something in particular, you will find something here... Actually you will find many "somethings" as this place is a cornucopia of interesting items. Mid-century modern furniture seems to be in abundance, but turn of the century cuckoo clocks, lamps, and pretty much anything else you can imagine are yours to find; Just make sure you have a few hours to actually go through the isles, this is not a place for a cursory review. Staff is great. As for value... what is the value of a treasure?”
“This boutique is beautifully curated with lots of cute clothes (sizes varying w an equal variety from S to 3X). Great deal for clothes mostly $15 with a few priced up or down slightly. I LOVEEE that it is sustainable resale fashion & a job opportunity program. The ladies running the shop were helpful and lovely!”
“Like most surplus stores, most of the stock here is new manufacture chinese junk. However, there's still a handful of actual milsurp, mostly USGI stuff, and the prices are pretty reasonable.”
“Lemon Frog Shop is an absolutely wonderful vintage store, and I highly recommend checking it out for any of my fellow vintage clothing lovers!! I've found so many incredible items there, and for excellent prices (especially by LA standards haha). The store's layout makes it extremely easy to shop efficiently- everything is organized by price range, item category (tops vs bottoms vs dresses vs accessories, etc), AND size, so it's very straightforward to find what you're looking for without having to dig through everything else! (but it's also still plenty easy to just browse/see what cool pieces you find if you don't have something more specific in mind). While the store itself and all the pieces there are fantastic, the biggest reason I wanted to write this review is the owner- you can tell how much passion has gone into this store just by interacting with her. She's very knowledgeable about her pieces, extremely helpful with any questions you might have or anything you might be looking for, and just super kind/friendly/a lovely person overall! She's truly made every one of my visits to Lemon Frog so far an above and beyond experience each time, and I'm definitely looking forward to going back again soon!!!”

“Lovely shop with lots of beautiful things. Plenty of gorgeous judaica and home items, and a pretty impressive inventory of clothing, to boot. The women working there today were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful! “I've been going to this spot to thrift for years and I gotta say that even when i don't find what I'm looking for originally, I still end up finding something I wasn't looking for at a good bargain and just as cool. You get to know the owners for a while little by little, their respect and service keeps getting exceptional. If you know how to thrift, you know there are successes and misses, but Son of a Vet is still a fun place to find whatever attracts your interest and amusement.”
“This is an LA hidden gem, you can find some very interesting vintage items, from a 1920s 18mm projector, to silver or gold vintage jewelry, there is something for everyone, and the prices are fair for what you get. And do add to it the lady that works there is just lovely, great spirits which are not very common at thrift shops.”

“Awesome small thrift shop. Great deals for beautiful antiques, dishes, appliances, and whole lot more of second hand items and collectibles. Employees were kind and chill and lent a hand when we needed help.Luis, the Owner of the shop helped my family out. We were looking for a hospital bed for my immobile sister and he actually had one. We told him how she became disabled, and how we had been struggling to look for a hospital bed. Luis had sympathy for us and actually offered the bed for free. Initially we denied and tried to compromise for such a resourceful item but he insisted. He told us that if we truly needed it to take it. At that point we didn't hesitate to agree. He willingly put his intent to profit to the side, and for this we could not be any more grateful. Thank you, Luis.”
“Lovely store! JAM PACKED with tons of items. More of an antique store than a thrift store, but lots of modern pieces as well. The workers (owners?) were all so lovely. Each of them greeted us and let us know they were there if we had questions. Will definitely be back!”
“Great service and mark downs. Only cons is the parking situation. Either no parking or you have to pay across the street for the metered parking. Sometimes (twice already) I found myself circling around then just leaving due to no parking.”

“First time here and have to say there's lots to look at and all different types of knickknacks, lots of antiques, that will keep you entertained for some time, not even sure you could see everything in one day. I do have to say it's a tad tight and have to be very careful you're not pumping into stuff but think that's the fun of it, trying to find any hidden gem. Definitely saving this spot to come back for any decoration inspiration.”

“Such an easy and friendly donation option! You can pull right up to a garage entrance, there’s someone there to greet and assist you, you get an electronic receipt and you’re done. Such a great way to do good. :)”

“I came during the start of the Labor Day Sale and I've never found so many unique and quality items for such a great value. Other chain thrift stores have raised their prices, but not the quality of product, while this store had one gem after another. I can't wait to see what I find there next time. Also, two young and trendy sales associates were running the store front and seemed to really appreciate what they do - made the experience that much more special.”
