I'm a huge advocate of credit unions. They usually exist to service the little guy. Not this one. I don't know who their client base is supposed to be, but is not the rank and file below the line studio worker. So relieved to finally close my accounts with them

Please be forewarned. Do **NOT** keep an account with this Credit Union. While they have been polite, they seem no better than the Big Banks at hitting customers with NUMEROUS fees on a "Savings Account", when no transactions have transpired (no bounced checks, ATM charges, nothing). They have hit me with SO many fees, it seems most unethical. They charged fees without notifying me, then additional fees because those fees were not paid, etc. When I questioned them about it, they explained that they are permitted to do so based on their 'contract'. While I cannot imagine a 'contract' would permit this, I explained that though it may be 'legal' to charge all of these fees (56% of my balance), it is not ethical or proper. I requested they consider waiving these fees as this was the first I became aware of these charges since I have done no transactions recently, they refused, (eventually agreeing to waive $3). I requested the name of a person of authority to whom I could write a letter and was advised to contact the Sr VP, a Mr Richard Chen, but he was not at the office, out of town. I asked who was working in his place in the meantime and was told there was no one else, and no one working in his place while he was out. Stay tuned as I will update if they come to their senses, This is a MAJOR rip-off of my funds, especially in light of the fact that I have conducted no transactions, only a "savings account". Even if they resolve this, their unethical charges (while hiding behind their 'contract' to justify it) are enough reason to **stay away**. The very reason people avoid Big Banks and go to Credit Unions is for customer service. I should not have to fight for my own funds. By the way, the telephone number on the internet for the Fox Credit Union is only a recording, can not take messages. Although they did own up to this fact, it was to be my responsibility to track them down anyway, not their problem.

These people are jerks!! Outside of the door it clearly says Twentieth Century Fox casting and talent agency but when I walked in everybody thought they've seen a ghost! I advised the front desk girl I'm interested in speaking with someone about talent and coming on board or possibly auditioning. She called a lady and said someone is here to see you. A lady came from the back, dressed in house shoes and non matching clothes, and starred at me like she just seen my face on a wanted poster or something. I advised her I was interested in showcasing my talent. In the middle of explaining my background she cuts me off to ask how did I get here? They're on the 19th floor so I said the elevator. Sarcastically but seriously! She was giving me her card then said determined and took it back. She wrote her email on a posted note and said email your head shot and resume to.me and I'll call you if I'm interested. I ended up balling up the posted note and throwing it away. Fox is very unprofessional.
