I was initially impressed with the reputation of this personal injury law firm, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The lawyer assigned to my case lacked the necessary expertise and resources to build a strong case. I felt like my case was not a priority and I received very little communication throughout the process. In the end, I received a settlement that was much lower than what I was expecting. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for a competent and dedicated personal injury lawyer.

I was disappointed with the service I received from this personal injury law firm. The lawyer I worked with seemed more interested in settling my case quickly than ensuring I received the compensation I deserved. I felt rushed and pressured into accepting a settlement that was far less than what I could have received with a more thorough investigation and stronger case. I would not recommend this firm to anyone in need of a personal injury lawyer.

Toni checked in with me regularly to make sure I knew what was going on and if I was pleased with how my case was going. She handled everything efficiently and settled with a reasonable amount.

Great communication by staff. They are transparent with the information they share and respond fairly quickly when I reach out to talk to them about my lawsuit. I never felt out of loop with them.

Driving in downtown LA is always a nightmare for me, especially because of the heavy traffic and crazy drivers. Sad to say, I got into an accident with one and am stuck in a lawsuit. But on the bright side, I’m (so far) satisfied with its progress. Nima’s doing a great job reaching out and giving me a heads up on what he is doing. His team is also nice and helpful when I call in, too. Overall, I’m pretty content with the way it’s going and am confident that they will deliver.
